Round two with Antoine! Once again Antoine took great care of me. And of course when you find a sales consultant like Antoine you will continue to do repeat business.
2013 Ford Explorer review
10 years since we bought this vehicle used. It has been awesome, over 110K on the clock; minor problems only. Biggest problems are with brake corrosion caused by very salty roads here. undercarriage corrosion is starting to take its toll. But the vehicle is still good enough we are hesitating to upgrade. Some minor, weird but occasional , electric glitches, mostly self locking. But then, the lack of electronics relative to newer models is a big plus to us. We have now owned this vehicle longer than any other we have ever had. interior issues are with the glove box hinge (plastic and breaks if you are not careful), and elbow rests cracking.

Serra Honda Grandville review
I was in the market for a used Honda CR-V because I've heard they're super reliable and can really go the distance. My cousin, who has a lot of car buying experience and knows the local dealership scene really well, recommended I talk to Jason Chudzinski at Serra Honda in Grandville. Now I get exactly why he recommended him. Jason was extremely down to earth, easy to talk to and not pushy at all. The dealership had exactly what I was looking for and Jason made the whole experience comfortable, quick and very straightforward. Jacob, the Finance Manager, helped me wrap up the paperwork and he was also easy to work with. Jason, thank you for helping me find an awesome car and for making it a great experience. I'd recommend Serra Honda in Grandville in a heartbeat!
2010 Honda Accord review
This is my 5th Accord. I have owned one since 1987. Each time I have purchased a used model. I bought my current 2010 Accord with 125,000 miles on it 4 years ago. It now has 180,000 miles and just past inspection. Burns no oil. Has NO leaks (oil, rain or otherwise). No "idiot" lights on the dashboard, and rides like new. In 35 years (and 5 Accords) I have NEVER been stuck! Not once! Don't get too hung up on any negative details you might see or hear of. The resale value is near the best. The gas mileage is more than decent. I am over 6 feet tall and the driver's seat in more comfortable and supportive than any other vehicle I have sat in. This includes BMW, Lexus, Mercedes and Cadillac. As for dependability, it just might be the best. If you're in the market for a used car, I suggest that you at very least, test drive one.

2015 Kia Soul EV review
Only had it about a month and still learning aboit it. So far We have been very pleased overall. The only reason not giving 5 stars is haven't had very long still need to see about the longevity/reliability. Also unsure of the range on battery as it seems lower than rated. We consistently get 74-78 miles but am told with cooler temps we have it is normal and should gain mileage when Temperatures rise. Looking forward to seeing if this is true but would buy another one for sure if could get more than 100MPE. Interior is great heated/cooled seats are awesome lots of good features just gake some time to leaen the Infotainment system. Overall a great comfortable quiet ride

2008 Saab 9-3 review
Great car overall. Drives very well and quite punchy and fun with a good turbo. Reliable, haven't had much issues so far. Value is great especially since they are loaded well and its less then 10k for a decent one. VERY VERY safe car, Saab's are extremely safe and this car gives you confidence that you are safe. I have a 2.0T which gets good mpg for its class, I once got around 40 mpg highway. The 2.0T is fun and punchy with impressive acceleration, most reliable too. If your willing to spend a little more and have significant funds for maintenance and repairs go for a 2.8T V6, which is fast. It handles well. Pros: 1. Well priced, good value 2. Stylish and unique design 3. Great cornering headlights xenon 4. Good engine, reliable if maintained, fast/quick 5. Very Safe, Swedish Metal 6. Jet fighter interior look Cons: 1. Rear seat legroom is a little disappointing but not a major issue for me, but if you have a large family i wouldn't recommend this car, go for a 9-5 instead. 2. Paint damages easily when older, these 9-3s can have paint peel issues in the long run if you live in hotter climates. 3. Some interior pieces aren't the best of quality for it's class. Door handles and small things, it can be creaky. Overall: Here and there it has minor disappointments but it definitely makes up for it very well. Great and fun car. I highly recommend this as a first car or commuter, maybe even for a small family.

Excellent place to do business. Repair shop is very attentive. Prices are fair. Have had service done on other vehicles. They are great. That's why we purchased a used vehicle. Thanks again for the great sale and service.
2017 Jeep Compass review
Now in my 6th year with my 2017 and still like it. My complaints are simple. Needs larger fuel tank, better gas mileage considering its size and engine, would prefer manual transmission, and get rid of the xxxx engine shut off function. Love the size, comfortable, still seems solid. My only repair was replacement of the satnav unit that crapped out.

2015 Kia Soul review
Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

A very helpful and friendly dealership. Very honest and helpful. Were concerned about the distance that I would have to travel to inspect the vehicle in person, so they recorded a video for me to view.
2002 Chrysler 300M review
I've owned this car for nearly three years as a work car, for long-distance trips, and for other basic needs. The exterior style still looks sharp almost 20 years later and Chrysler did a great job designing this car both inside and out. Besides the transmission needing a rebuild at 114k, the car has been reliable, especially in the cold winter months here in MN. The 3.5 HO engine has plenty of horsepower for the size of the car and can pass with ease. Seats are extremely comfortable with plenty of leg-room, cushion, and back support for long drives. Passengers have always complimented the car on its spaciousness and comfort in the rear cabin. The "Special" trim lowers the vehicle with an added body kit, and bigger tires/rims, and can make it difficult for some to enter and exit. Another issue with the lowered clearance I've had is scraping the bumper over driveways and other entrances that most other cars would have no problem with. Overall, I'm happy I purchased this car and think it's a great value for anyone looking for a low price, reliable, and comfortable form of transportation.

2009 Chevrolet Malibu Hybrid review
This is my first Chevy product. It is much better than the products of 5 years ago. I switched from a Chrysler and I am not at all unhappy about it. The ride is comfortable and the car is stylish. The inside features are nothing to write home about but just make sure that you have some money in your budget for an aftermarket back up camera and navigation system. Onstar is a great feature for GM and can virtually replace your AAA membership. All in all, I am very happy with this vehicle. We will have to wait and see what the long term "reliability" is on it.

Broadmoor Motors Middleville review
To start with, these folks are quite selective about their inventory, so they only sell good quality cars. On top of that, they are so friendly, honest and reasonable that you feel more like you’re buying from family than from a used car salesman. Also, they stand behind their cars with a 30 day guarantee. Finally, I have never seen a cleaner used car then the one my daughter just bought there!

2001 Chevrolet Venture review
Bought used in 2017,with 102k miles. Still runs excellently 7 years later. Adequate power and handling. Warner Bros. Edition adds great features, 120" wheelbase a plus. Sometimes I remove all of the rear seats to utilize this van's hauling capacity. Lumber, tools, reclining chairs, sofas, lawn mowers, riding lawn tractors (!), piles of ornamental stone (after lining interior with a tarp), treadmills, dump runs, dogs, etc. Versatile. Could use two power side doors instead of just one. Rear a/c and heat with rear controls is great. Nice leather seats. Great sound system. Overall very capable and pleasant to drive. No mechanical gremlins. Full-frame vehicle. Recommendable for many uses.

Fantastic experience. Luis did a fantastic job showing me the car I was interested In. If your looking for a hassle-free honest locally owned dealership this is for you. I was able to get my new car at a good price and it runs like a dream. My prior car needed some work due to the door being dented In. They offered me a really fair trade-in price. I didn't feel like they were trying to upsell me and they felt like honest friends to me. I will be continuing to use Jon and son's auto sales for future cars.

2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid review
I got the car used at a little under 200,000 miles, but it still runs like a charm. Had for almost two years now and not once have I ever had an issue with it. It’s amazing in gas, and in a big city where almost everyplace is about 30 minutes away from each other or otherwise accessible via highway, it works amazing. In fact, it’s so good that whenever me and my family go out they want to take my car since it’s so good on gas 😂. I’ve driven new models of this car as well, and honestly, new or used is good. There’s not much of a difference except the new one drives just a tad bit smoother. And can we talk about how good the AC is?!? I live in Florida, so you need good AC. I’ve driven new of the year cars with weaker AC. If you live in a place where it snows, please take good care of it! Had it in Minnesota for a while and it rusts much quicker than my other cars. I’ve used my car for road trips multiple times and has by far surpassed comfortability and reliability. Overall, this is a good car that fits a good amount of people while being the most fuel efficient.

2019 Hyundai TUCSON review
I bought my 2019 Hyundai Tucson in 2021 from the Dealership as the second owner. It has not given me any issues. I get it serviced when required. It has never had any issues. I feel the interiors are comfortable. I love the butt warmers. I love the vibrant blue exterior. SUV has so much space. When I put my foot down it it definitely not my old 300CC Hemi Chrysler V6 engine but it eventually goes. It feels sporty and stylish. 26mpg on the freeway.

I've owned a lot of full size pickup trucks over the years. I will say this truck is not the best on the market for gas consumption. But Comfort, Power When Towing, And ride quality is top shelf. I'd buy another in a second. I'd stay in this year range though.

2003 Cadillac DeVille review
Best Bose stereo! Ivory white, including leather interior! Bot used 2010, $7000, less than 90,000 miles. Rides like on a cloud. Issues: now at 130,000 miles: low gas mileage in town{14}, sensors having to be replaced, replaced a/c compressor, and serpentine belt. Expensive repairs! Engine warning on! Air bag warning! Ignition won't let key turn on car now. Security warning on, and alarm. Cruise quit. Gas guage not working, rims letting air out of {4 new tires}, but I LOVE this car!

Icon Auto Group LLCReviews
Icon Auto Group LLC review
Had a very positive experience buying a 2015 Subaru from Icon. Found a car of interest on Cars.com on a weekend night, messaged Icon through that website, and got a response from them first thing in the morning on Monday. The car I liked was still available, so I scheduled a test drive, and Jennifer worked up some good financing options in the meantime. A couple days later, my son and I test drove the car, loved it, and took it home that afternoon. Their inventory was excellent - definitely my taste - so had this car not been available, we would likely have test drove another. Jennifer and Nacole answered all my questions (and I ask a lot) and were friendly and pleasant to work with, and them and the folks behind the scenes made the whole thing a quick and enjoyable experience. We are very happy with the Subaru, and I would highly recommend checking out the if you are shopping for a new-to-you ride. I will definitely be going back when it's time for our next vehicle.
2013 BMW 328 review
Have had 5 3 series`, and I wont drive anything else, starting with a `78 323. Love the whole layout, including the battery...surprising power for a 4 cylinder. My last was an inline 6, and this is far quicker. I`m 6 ft tall, and the back seat is , well, a back seat. You have as much legroom as the front seaters allow, but even with the front seats pulled a few inches forward, there is still ample room in front (and back). Only drawback? The shift into second can be a little abrupt, that`s about it. Thx.

Miller MotorsReviews
Miller Motors review
The excellent service started right at the door! I spoke with Jay Passey and he was very informative with the vehicle I was buying. Very respectful individual and kept constant communication with me and his boss to ensure I left the dealership the same day! Jay was able to put the vehicle on the car lift for me to observe the under side of the vehicle. Great dealership! Also finished paperwork with Eric in finance department and worked quickly, professionally, and efficient! Great job to this dealership!
2009 Mercury Sable review
We have been very satisfied with the features, reliability and dependability of this car. It is very comfortable for five passengers, yet not overly large. Very nice engineering to provide comfort, accessibility, handling, safety and performance for your family.

Jidd Motors MitsubishiReviews
Jidd Motors Mitsubishi review
We just purchased our 4th car from Jidd Motors yesterday, and once again the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Every time we’ve worked with this dealership, we’ve been treated with professionalism, honesty, and genuine care, which is why we continue to come back. This time around they had exactly what we were looking for, and the entire process was incredibly smooth and efficient. We were in and out in no time, with no pressure and no unnecessary hassle. Jesse Wright was outstanding—knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, and truly committed to making sure we found the right vehicle. He made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Steve Cole in finance was equally fantastic to work with. He took the time to thoroughly explain all of our options, answered every question clearly, and made the financing process easy to understand. We never felt rushed and appreciated how transparent everything was. What really sets Jidd Motors apart is their customer service. Everyone we encountered was welcoming, respectful, and focused on making the car-buying experience enjoyable. It’s refreshing to work with a dealership that consistently delivers such a high level of service and makes customers feel valued. We highly recommend Jidd Motors, Jesse Wright, and Steve Cole to anyone looking for a vehicle. After four great experiences, they’ve earned our trust and loyalty. When it’s time for car number five, we’ll absolutely be coming back!
2012 Hyundai Elantra Touring review
The only problems I've had with my 2012 Hyundai Elantra touring, has been the recalls. It's very comfortable and very economical and I love the way it looks. I get a lot of compliments on my Elantra touring.
