So I'd like to start with I know I probably was not the easiest client to deal with at times; but this team of people understood why I was so upset and frankly p*ssed off with the whole situation. They did not give up on my attitude or car. Anyone who purchases a car that is within the power train warranty always wonders why did this person trade in a 'perfectly good car'. Well, there is usually a reason for that. Upon test driving the vehicle and noticing an off noise but being told it was "normal" I rolled the dice that the power train would cover the off engine noise we noticed unless it was in fact supposed to sound that way. Which it wasn't (it does not make the sound from the the test drive since). Sure enough, before the first payment, the engine took a crap and gave me the panic of a lifetime. I had just made this huge purchase and now it will need a new engine? The whole point of purchasing a new or 1 owner car was to have a GOOD RELIABLE VEHICLE that I would not need to worry about for a while. Everyone worries that the larger components could and will fail right out the gate leaving you with a mount of repair bills and a xxx that is now a money pit. I called the dealership and explained what was happening and they were very understanding why I was upset with this. Melinda was able to get me lined out... eventually. It took a new engine and 3 new sensors I believe but she got it done. I did tell Melinda to please do not rush this. It's an engine. I work in service and understand not all your techs and do all your jobs. there's a reason each tech works on what they work on. And I get that. But when we were coming up on the 2 month mark it was getting frustrating. Not to mentino the rental. So I am finally about to come pick the car up. FINALLY. But upon taking delivery of the car, we didn't even make it home before the check engine light comes back. We JUST installed a new engine and a sensor ( sensors are picky and finicky it seems). Took it back immediately ( it was Saturday so I had it back Monday morning). They got me square away with the sensors however I believe Jim (who isn't here anymore to my understanding) was the advisor for that small ticket. This was when i believe we had to get 2 sensors taken care of. Then about 3 weeks later on the freeway all the sudden the transmission felt like it disengaged and a message about putting the car into neutral flashed up with the engine light. I lost it . I cried (we aren't even going to talk about the rental car/The most expensive cup of ranch incident ever -- but I'd be more than happy to hook Lauren and her dept. up with an awesome courtesy vehicle review). Was this ever going to end with this xxxx car? I called you guys up and was about 20 minutes away, upset, late to work at a new job, and pissed. But Lauren had the rental ready to go as this happened en route to work. Melinda was there and ready to run my codes as it appeared pretty serious at first glance. But come to find it was a loose battery terminal. The service department did in fact verify this thoroughly and did NOT charge me for the day of diag ( I did have a little under a full tank when I brought it that morning but was not even worried about that as long as I had the gas to get home and I did). I would absolutely recommend y'all to someone; if they will be treated the same if not better. Thanks everyone for putting up with me. working in service has made me learn a lot but also to expect nothing less than what I would let a customer's purchase roll like.

I had been searching for the perfect Corvette for about 7 months. Searching the internet weekly, with lots of decent leads, but not that perfect car. Then last week I hit AutoTrader.com and did my weekly search, and to my disbelief I found a car that looked like the one I was looking for. After calling Net Car Showroom and talking to Sam and Deej, I knew that I had found my car. Everything about the experience was top notch....the over the phone assistance understanding the car and its history, the financing with my uncooperative credit union, and the genuine care they gave this sale. An Exotic Car that One can Afford

I currently own this black Maserati with a Ferrari engine, big xxx yellow Brembo brake calipers. One of the unique things about this exotic sports car is that even though it's a two door car, it has full size back seats. Full, adult size, not the kid size we see in a lot of cars in this class. Plus, the best sounding naturally aspirated V8 engine. I've owned this for about a couple of years, never really had any problems with reliability.

I have shopped for cars in a variety of ways in the past (that CAR place with a MAXimum amount of cars, dealerships, etc...), but I will NEVER go back to those other ways again. This truly was the most transparent way to do business and should be a model of how we can successfully run our own businesses by allowing passionate and knowledgeable people into the correct positions to succeed. Here is our story: We were greeted promptly when we entered the show room. From past experiences, this would have been a dread as often on a car lot, you feel like a meal to the vultures, but they just wished to know what you'd like to do (buy, trade-in, just look around, etc...). They then pair you with a salesperson. We were fortunate enough to have Sam Hackett in sales to help us throughout the process. He educated us in how best to use Off Lease Only so that we get exactly what we set out to find. He showed us the transparency the owners want buyers to have (they provide not only carfax, but a third party company called 360 to let you know about any work done on a vehicle, as well as any accident details that could help make your decision better). He was patient and allowed us plenty of time to view the vehicles with him nearby, but not standing right next to us to eavesdrop like so many past salesmen have done at other companies. He graciously answered all of our questions and for the few he didn't know, he got us contacts to get the answers we sought. Along the process, we also met Chad Wickline, one of the Managers who was courteous and willing to chat for any length of time that we needed. We also met another manager, Gil Amir who sat in the car with us and helped us figure out all the buttons as there have been many advancements added to cars since our last purchase almost a decade ago. Never once did I feel like they were rushed to speak to the next person and we even got to know them as people a little more through the conversations we had. As we are a couple with younger kids, they could relate to what we were asking about due to their own experiences and it made for a very enjoyable overall experience. Our test drive was great! Sam said if we wanted him to, he would ride with us, but if we chose to, we could test drive alone. We loved being able to choose our own options as opposed to feeling as though we were being supervised the entire time. Due to our own timing, we even had to leave before the purchase to pick up our daughter from daycare and they helped us start the paperwork process and then let us go in the middle to complete this task. When we returned, there was Sam ready to say hi and help us reach the finish line. We spoke with Will Huffman in finance who was pleasant and transparent, as well as willing to listen to what we wanted, as opposed to trying to make us do something we didn't feel like signing up for. I could see this process taking some people only an hour or two from start to finish if they know how to use their system properly and know exactly what they want. We required more time than most to make our decision and to complete our extra tasks, but never once did we feel rushed. Sam was with us from 12:30 when we arrived, through 8 pm at night. I know not everyone always believes these reviews are true online, but I assure, this one is. Today they made a lifelong purchaser and client and you better believe I will be letting anyone know that is looking for a car that the best place to start (and finish), is Off Lease Only!

It’s definitely a rare car , super fast , luxurious with very nice front design typical of mazerati , Bit small and tight in back seat , but very nice interior. I have owned this car as new for 8 months and it’s been a great ride , it has the sport option button that definitely makes it sound like a sport racing car . However at a start it’s bit slow , I was expecting more power . I also agree that the shifting handle is disappointing . I have owned Bmw 5 , Passat V6 , I do own Mercedes sport Slk 2008 , but my last one was Jaguar XF supercharged V8 that I would have kept if I could extend the warranty for a decent price , that car was an amazing car , it had it all with zero issues and I admit it still my reference car in it’s category. I think it’s bit early for me to juge the Ghibli completely but I do think it’s overpriced for a V6.

I moved to charlotte from San Francisco, Ca without a car, and had to rent a car while I searched for a car to buy. The Alfa Romeo I ended up with was the 10th car i test drove over 2 weeks. The car speaks for itself, but there???s something Special about foreign cars charlotte and Kostas. Some high end car dealerships can be very intimidating, especially when 80% of their inventory is out of your price range. I went to 6 other dealerships and none of provided me an experience nearly as good as Kostas and foreign cars charlotte. I was met with exceptional attention to detail and genuine concern for what i actually needed In a car. The test drive process was quick and easy. Kostas knew everything about the car and helped me get the financial end of the deal to a place where i was comfortable. I didn???t feel they were pushy or in a hurry to get me out of the dealership. I didn???t get hounded with marketing calls from people at the dealership i didn???t even meet after I left the dealership, or get sketchy telemarketing type calls from fake numbers that had my same (out of state) area code.. All things that happened after I visited a certain large dealership in the area after specifically requesting that the only person to call me would be the sales person I worked with that day. I will be back to foreign cars charlotte for my next, hopefully faster and shinier, vehicle. Everything about my experience was refreshingly smooth and the only pressure i felt was on me to choose the right car for my needs. 5 stars all day. Survey option only has masersti and Aston Martin. To be clear I picked up an Alfa Romeo Guilia Ti Sport.

Expensive to own

We purchased the Maserati ghibli with 9K miles and already have issues with the front brakes, calipers are scratched. Spoke with the dealer and they informed me that I own a high performance car and that this is normal and not covered by the warranty. I also inquired as to the brake pads and he again informed me that I have a high performance car and should be changing the brake pads every 10K miles. The car came with Perrelli PZero tires which will need to be replaced soon even though they state a high treadwear. Again the dealer informed me that I now own a high performance automobile. We traded in our Mercedes E350 with 50K miles and never had to change the brake pads and only changed the set of tires once and towards the 50K mark. I like the styling of the car and the performance is good but I am not a race car driver and this is my wife's car. I have not been impressed with the dealer service or the high service intervals for tires and brakes.

Many people dream of owing an exotic car like those sold at Ferrari of Washington, and for years I was one of them. Having owned really nice German cars over the years, I thought that now was the time to move it up to the next level of car ownership. Going into this I didn't really know what to expect, but from the second I walked into the dealership I was made to feel welcome without any hint of pressure or snobbery (as some would expect a Ferrari / Maserati / Lamborghini dealership to be). I was introduced to Carlo Sandrin, an absolute great guy to work with. He guided me through the entire process. I was shown several cars that were in my price range, got to drive a couple, changed my mind once or twice, and through it all I never felt any degree of pressure to make a purchase. As we were going back and forth, I was waiting for the dreaded "let me get my manager to talk to you" moment, but it never happened. Carlo and I worked the deal between just the two of us and I'm now a very happy 2016 Maserati owner. And the best part of the entire ordeal, I was in and out of the dealership in about 4 hours! Carlo, you're the BEST! I wish you much continued success...

We are truck people that wanted a luxury car for weekend getaways, so we researched most German, Japanese, American luxury cars with a $60k+ price point, and soon discovered all the cars out there seem to look the same (boring), and we were looking for a car that was unique, attractive (interior/exterior), comfortable, and fast (from 50-90 mph). 0-60 in 4.9 seconds is great for bragging, but when I'm moving on a freeway and I need to get out of the way of a big rig, I want the car to respond quickly, and this car does. This car is awesome!!! Easy start, sounds like a old American muscle car, comfortable and I am 6'-6" @ 300 lbs, easy to figure out music/navigator/AC/heated seats, stands out where Audi, BMW, Mercedes, and even Telsa owners slow down to check out this Italian Beauty.

Connie Johnson was attentive, patient, listened and HEARD and delivered every single one of my requirements. We did most of the deal, which included a vehicle trade, via phone as I live over an hour from their dealership. My budget was tight, I had 1 particular vehicle picked out, I was adamant about not being baited, then switched once I arrived at the dealership, and my standards are very high regarding customer service and business integrity. Not one surprise when I got there, everything was just as she said it would be....actually, that was a surprise...a very pleasant one! I am from the West coast (Cape Coral) and found a vehicle online at this dealership. From the first time I called the dealership from the time I drove away in my car, I was met with an HONEST dealership and salesman, Al Torres. I expressed interest over the telephone in the vehicle that I was interested in purchasing, and told Mr. Torres that I was not in the business of wasting my or his time if I made the drive across the state I was going with the intention of buying. Mr. Torres gave me his word the vehicle was as described and would be there waiting for me, without deposit, and he wouldn't sell it in the meantime. I made the trip to Miami, and the car was in fact there and as described. I purchased the vehicle (Range Rover) in July and purposely waited a couple months, for its full service to write a review , to ensure I was backing a dealership/car without any "hidden repairs/surprises." After my service was completed (now September) the repairman stated that the vehicle was in great condition and nothing other than the scheduled maintenance, needed to be completed. Also the sales transaction was fast as can be. Mr. Torres had the paperwork all completed prior to my arrival and I literally had to sign my names a few times and I was done! This was especially helpful because I had my 5 and 7 year old with me. I absolutely will do business again and I thank you for your excellent service!

Most people have some fears and doubts about buying a car from ANY car dealer, so buying one from a mostly internet-based dealership probably scares you to death! Well....knock it off. Seriously. These guys just....ROCK! I guess I'm a little more daring than some, because I felt fairly comfortable with the idea to begin with. Then after talking on the phone with Nick for about 2 minutes, it made me realize I was definitely in the right place. Bought a Tesla S coupe and the buying experience was phenomenal. I don't even know where to start about Nick. One of the most caring customer service oriented guys you will ever have the pleasure to buy a car from. He is seriously the best and most honest person I have EVER dealt with when buying a car. Now THAT is saying something! I WISH I COULD STEAL HIM FOR MY BUSINESS! He's right on top of everything and he is in constant contact making sure every single detail is being handled. When he says he's going to do something.....it's done. He has a wealth of knowledge and leaves nothing to chance. Before the transport truck loaded the car for delivery to GA he even did a walk-around video and sent it to me. The guy.......is good. Like I said, his attitude about customer service is truly remarkable. He even told me "When the car is delivered I don't care WHAT time it is...even midnight.....call me and tell me if you are happy with it." The Tesla arrived and EVERYTHING was just as described and promised. I'm LOVING this car and the experience with Private Collection Motors was BEYOND a 10+. I know. I Know. Hard to believe. Especially if you've had some of the experiences with "car salesmen" like I've had. I have nothing but great things to say about PCM. From my buying experience, I would recommend them to anyone. And the Tesla is pretty rockin' too!

Major Motor Cars is a great place to purchase a vehicle. I emailed them regarding a Mercedes they listed for sale. By the time I came in the vehicle I came into was being sold. I was upset at first but was greeted by the owner, Peter, actually the owner's son. He took me into his office and charmed us. He didn't treat us like a typical salesperson. He promised to find me a similar vehicle to which I thought would be an empty promise. Sure enough he called me two days later to come in a drive the vehicle he had just purchased for me, with no deposit and no strings attached! I felt super comfortable coming down. The vehicle was as described in pristine condition. I was super happy about my decision to do business with Major Motor Cars and would happily refer my friends and family. Peter and his employees are heartfelt, easy going, and friendly to deal with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Very beautiful aesthetic, exquisite interior atmosphere, engine sounds awesome (should scream even a little bit louder), rides and brakes beautifully. Road noise with 21'' wheels should be a little better. Roomy boot and interior, very nicely equipped and luxurious.

Appreciating it more through the years

Initially it was one of the few cars in the mid to upper level range that had room for five. A Bentley Continental GT cannot seat five people because it lacks the third seat belt in the rear. Compared to the Porsche four-door this seems like a better value. It also seems like a more unique look than the competitors. Mine was equipped with 21 inch rims which look stunning on the vehicle. The performance as far as acceleration, gas mileage, handling have been top notch. For perspective, I’ve owned Camaros, Maserati Gran Turismo, Jaguars (XJR, XJS12, XJ6), Mustangs, and assorted muscle cars. The closest I would rate it to from personal experience is the XJR. As many have said, the ride is stiff but I wouldn’t say that is a problem. The steering is precise. The exhaust note sounds very unique and I would suggest anyone to hear it on YouTube or in person if you are curious. Many have also said the interior is cheap. I would say that my purpose was to but a great twin turbo, 8 speed transmission with paddle shifting, great exhaust note, massive rims, and rocket ship acceleration that can seat five and look like nothing else on the road. It accomplished that. I am not too concerned with knobs and other cheap finishes and where they came from. If it’s from a Chrysler minivan and saved them a few bucks to build it, so be it. This is a 400+ horsepower people mover. We use this to commute, run errands, shuffle 3 kids around and it’s ironic that the knobs and buttons might be from a minivan. This serves as our minivan and a 39 month lease was well worth it. We may buy it off lease or get a newer one or a Quattrporte upon the expiration point. For anyone looking for deals such as using low octane fuel, dealer paid maintenance, and great gas mileage, this isn’t for you. If you feel good about performance and a legendary brand, this could be a good choice. If you are going to feel as though Chrysler parts in your Masearticheapen the feel, I would just say that I haven’t been in a dodge product so I don’t even know what they would look like. Do t worry about where knobs and buttons came from. Just drive it. See how it makes you feel.
