Serra Auto Campus review
I am a widow who does not know much about cars—they were my under husband’s purview. I have so valued the consistent, reliable, competent, efficient service from Serra Mercedes. Most recently, Ken who was my service rep and Austyn was my service tech. They both hit the ball out of the park. They educated me, made suggestions, and outlined options…..and then enacted our agreements in a professional and timely manner. And both were superbly kind.
2011 Mercedes-Benz GLK-Class review
I purchased a Glk350 new in 2011, picking it up in Germany on overseas delivery. I have purchased at least 30 new cars, domestic and foreign, during my 75 years and THIS has been by far the best. I believe MB bult the original with a very specific aim for a premium product, unlike some of the other small vehicles they produce. I still own the car and am reluctant to buy another vehicle because this one has been bulletproof. No squeaks or rattles. 100% reliable for the 85,000 miles driven, with only regular maintenance (and I have performed most of it including oil and filter changes and even spark plugs and igniters). Performed all regular maintenace as scheduled. Comfortable, reasonably quiet, very stable, handles well and fast for a small SUV. Opted for the HK sound system and it is VERY good. Beautiful audiophile sound, no bass ramp up or distortion. Paint is still immaculate even with Florida sun. Interior has held up well with the exception of a tear on the driver's seat for which an OE replacement cover is readily available online. Only possible criticisms: Back seat legroom is not great for large adults, otherwise adequate and comfortable; uses premium fuel and gets about 23 mpg ave for me, but I drive less than 10,000 miles a year, so no issue; and transmission fluid change which was changed on the original schedule to 40,000 miles was somewhat expensive, but I did get a $200 coupon which offset half of it. For a small SUV it handles great and seems built like a tank. Truly like a more modern but small G wagon.

Purchased 2016 Lincoln MKX from Rick outstanding experience. Everything was done very professionally. Had a couple of hiccups Rick and motorcars stand but the cars they sell 100 percent. This business will not leave you hanging out in the cold. The entire company top to bottom I give 6 stars and a standing ovations also a tip of the hat. Keep doing what you do.

My husband and I were recently on an extended trip from NC to Alabama to Michigan and upstate NY. Our S550 decided to break down just outside Lansing. The airmatic suspension failed and car was not safe to drive. Lucky for us we were only a few miles from this dealership. We called and Eric Shier took us right in when we arrived. Had the car assessed by Ali in short order. He was able to order the parts and had us back on the road in two days - no quibbling about not having time to get to us till next week, etc. And Ali even helped us transfer our luggage to the rental vehicle and reassured us that he knows his way around the S class. We count ourselves very lucky to have had that breakdown near your dealership. Excellent care from both these gentlemen. Might even have to visit family in Michigan the next time we are in the market for a car. Thank you
2011 Toyota Camry review
I bought this car used with under 40,000 miles in 2014. I have been driving it ever since and currently have 272,000 miles on it. After multiple accidents and repairs it has been an extremely reliable and dependable car. Up until 250,000 I would have still driven it across multiple states. My biggest complaint is the quality of paint and the exterior design being so poor. Last year I replaced the timing belt and that was the biggest cost I've had on the car. It is beginning to throw check engine lights randomly and is burning oil - oil needs to be refilled every 1000-1500 miles now. Overall it is still a dependable vehicle around town if you are managing the oil.

2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I was a Jeep Grand Cherokee for about 10 years. It was not a two thousand fifteen , it was older and it was a V8, not this V6 or those I4 4 cylinders. I actually got the vehicle from my brother, same color black leather interior sunroof I took over his payments and ended up paying it off. That was the strongest 4 wheel drive I'd ever owned, let alone driven up to that point that car was a Beast. I never got stuck one time in the snow here in Iowa.. The only thing I've noticed that has changed over the years is the emphasis on eliminating the V8 engine, which is totally wrong. Because I want something with power, those 4 cylinder SUVs, they ought to fire every single one of them engineers who decided to put a 4 cylinder engine in a heavy vehicle like that, and naturally, it's gonna burn oil, a 4 cylinder S. U. V. Is about like dancing with your sister. It screams, it wants to be like its Big Brother, the v6, and v8. I'm just glad we're not hearing more about these electric vehicles cause that was the biggest joke I've ever heard of they never have enough batteries to service them. If the industry went all electric bad, a joke, there'd be a lot of stranded vehicles on the interstates bring back the VA engine, take the crossover. I4. And drive him into the river , they're xxxx , they're junk

Here’s a shout out to Motorcarsonline in Lansing MI. Especially to a mgr. Kathleen and John the owner. After our vehicle purchase we questioned some addl. ‘fees’ we had paid. I spoke with Kathleen, who supported us, and she spoke with the owner John who graciously sent out a check soon after. Their response and willingness to address my concern was truly commendable! Thank you and we will be a repeat customer. Jon Gould ps,.. love the car!!

I left a review on January 31st,"Scammed1" ,about my situation at that time with purchasing a car from Motorcars of Lansing. It wasn't a great review at all. However Semoine, Orlando , Brandon, Tina and Jack sat down with me and they helped me get this situation resolved. It took some time but they fixed my car and I totally appreciate the follow through to get this done. Thank you Motorcars.

I drive a lot my car is a 2014 and it has currently 277,400 miles and still ticking. I’ve had very few maintenance issues overall the basic wear and tear as expected! I didn’t expect it would last as long as it has but I am being pleasantly surprised. It is great on gas compared to most SUVs and overall a comfortable car !

Courtney Munce helped me get my 3rd car (White in photo) and even helped me get the repair needed on the car.. She is wonderful in communications with texting since I can not hear on phones. Definitely recommend anyone to see her for their next car. I will go there again for the next car as I have not been disappointed with my purchases.. For those who are deaf/ cannot hear on phones.. Come see Courtney, you will not be disappointed! Thank you very much Courtney Munce!
2013 Ford Escape review
I've owned a fully loaded 2013 Ford Escape SEL and it's been an excellent vehicle, especially for work travel. Most of my driving has been on the interstate, where it consistently averages 28 to 30 MPG, making it surprisingly fuel efficient for an SUV. The SEL trim comes well equipped with plenty of comfort and convenience features, and the factory sound system is outstanding. It's a great vehicle for long highway trips. The fuel tank holds around 13 gallons, which, combined with the highway fuel economy, provides a solid driving range between fill ups. Overall, it's been dependable, comfortable, economical to own, and a great choice for anyone looking for a practical SUV with a premium feel.

2017 Jeep Renegade review
The Jeep Renegade proves that you don’t need a massive SUV to enjoy real capability. It is great for everyday practicality, making it a great choice for drivers who want something different—something with personality, performance, and purpose. Whether you're commuting during the week or hitting the trails on the weekend, the Renegade is more than ready to go wherever life takes you.

2013 Chevrolet Equinox review
I owned this car for 10 years (2013 purchased in 2012). Spent less than $3k in repairs over those 10 years. With regular oil changes and good tires reached 135k miles comfortably and quietly. Buying a new Equinox looking forward to another 10+ years

2012 Jeep Wrangler review
This is my 3rd Jeep and everyday driver. My husband bought her for me because he knew I wanted another Wrangler again. We live in Colorado, and go off-roading in the mountains; she amazes me every time! She handles in-town and highway driving great, too. I have customized her (bulbar, angry eyes grille, lift kit, etc..), which is all part of the fun!

Capitol Auto Sales review
My husband and I recently purchased our sixth car from Capital Auto Sales. I know that the term, "used car salesman", has typically been an insult. Joseph and his crew are the exception to this rule. We have always had an amazing experience with them. Yesterday, when my husband and I were in there, Darius helped us out. He got us an incredible deal on an incredible car that matched every qualification we wanted. If you go in there and they don't have what you want, they are eager and happy to look for what you want at the auctions that they go to. My husband and I like to pay cash for our cars when we get our tax returns in the spring. However, Joseph and his staff are wonderful at financing and finding you a monthly payments that works for your budget. If you are looking for a used car, they should definitely be your first stop. Their honesty and integrity impresses me every time I'm there. We have been getting cars from them for at least a decade and plan to continue for at least another one.

2012 Jeep Patriot review
I've had my Patriot for about 3 yrs now. I purchased with 82K on it and am up to 98K. The CVT took a bit to get used to as far as being not very quick when accelerating. I'm used to it now and it keeps me from having a lead foot...lol. Otherwise I've had no major problems and it serves it's purpose and is good in the snow.

2009 Chevrolet HHR review
My wife and I both have 2009 HHR’s. Hers is black with only 85,000 km on the clock she got hers used 7 years ago with only 65,000 km. Only repairs (other than oil changes and routine maintenance as per owners manual) have been front rotors which I upgraded to drilled and slotted rotors and just replaced the rear shocks. We tow hers behind our motorhome. She just loves her HHR. My HHR is a cool little Panel in metallic grey. I have had mine for 5 years with mileage at 145,000 km and it now has 255,000 Km. Just upgraded my front brakes to the drilled/slotted rotors and new rear shocks. Other than regular oil changes and routine maintenance I have had no issues with this little beast. Both cars are garage kept and never driven in the snow (have an old school Jeep for winter (1989 Jeep Cherokee we have owned for 26 years). I would recommend the HHR to any one looking for a nice little vehicle - both of have the automatic transmission and without a word of a lie we are getting between 29 and 31 mpg which is great 👍

2017 Chevrolet Equinox review
We bought 2017 Chevrolet Equinox 4 cylinder. Pre owned with about 59k miles. It’s over 110k and we’ve had the oxygen sensor and catalytic converter replaced. Also 1 tire sensor. We’ve put the 2nd set of tires on the car yesterday. Always Michelin as recommended and brake shoes. I just have to say I still love my car. It’s paid for and I’ll drive her as long as I can.

2013 Dodge Grand Caravan review
I got this car approximately 3 months ago from a close relative, and I can say there have absolutely been no issues that would make you regret your decision, (knock on wood). The car has never left me stranded, and has always started. When I first got the vehicle I got basic maintenance such as a synthetic oil change, oil filter, an engine filter, and an in-cabin air filter. After some time, the check-engine light appeared due to a thermostat. After one new installment of a thermostat, and some freshly topped coolant, there have been no other issues. I give the comfort rating a 5, due to the spacious interior, and captain-chair seats. I give the interior a 4 because while it may not have "everything" you want, it has everything you need (even coming from a base model). Performance is a 4, because it's not an M3. I give the value a 4 as well simply because of the fact that you can buy one as a consumer fairly priced, and you can sell one as a seller for a decent price. Exterior is a 3, due to the largeness of the vehicle. However, LED brake lights, and rear turn signals are standard, which is really nice. And lastly, other than basic maintenance, and one mishap, I give this car a 5 star rating for reliability.

2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I bought mine ( 04 overland) w/ 250k miles on it, in great condition. Owner had carfax for both his big diesel pusher and matching Jeep - it was towed the majority of its travels. It’s record of maintenance matched by almost half of motor homes service records. it has never had a single issue other than standard maintenance- I jokingly said ‘I’d drive it till it dies”. And. It looks like I’ll be doing just that- I think about it’s not so good ‘gas Guzzling’. But it’s a second vehicle, fits my grandkids, tows most of our toys and is comfortable and sure beats being stuck with 💰
