I’m surprised by the rating on this website because it’s not a true reflection of how great this dealership is. I rate this dealership five stars…unequivocally. I will save you from the embroidery and give the highlights of my experience. Our family purchased two vehicles in consecutive weeks, the most recent being a 2014 MB E550 as of yesterday. My nephew got accepted in business school and we decided to get him a 2015 MB C400. We had a wonderful experience with his transaction and yesterday was even better! The Pre Owned Director, Mr. Jon Keblesh, walked with us throughout the whole process ensuring a smooth and fair negotiation for both parties. The General Manager Mr. Jason Wier even got involved to manufacture the deal when we hit a small road block and made sure it went through. Even the Finance Director, Mr. Louie Richards, was a consummate professional - even if both deals ended up being cash transactions. He was still very polite and a pleasure to deal with. I even told him he reminded me of a family member in California. Thus, that is a great segway…They treated us like family. I felt confident and trusting with their business dealings and I recommend this dealership to anyone who is reading this review. I have been in management for over 20+ years in the retail and sales sector and this team (albeit a small one) are very strong and honest group. 2019 Jeep Wrangler review
The only draw back is the location of the small battery for the keyless ignition. It’s located under the fuse box , very hard to access to replace . Gas milage that I get is 18 city 24 highway . Only 28 k in 6.5 years . When new I did get 27 highway and 20 city . Even if you fold up the back seat not alot of storage . Performance is outstanding . Back up camera is a big help .i had a 1993 wrangler , no comparison . Great winter and summer drive .

Recently purchased a 2024 CPO Sierra Denali with the 3.0 Duramax. Fuel mileage on the highway nears 30 mpg. Super smooth ride with a super entertainment system. Best vehicle I have owned.

2014 Mazda CX-5 review
Bought this model in 2014 brand new, it's 10 years later, at 100K miles, still runs like new , only items done are maintenance so far.Tires, brakes, battery, wipers, etc. Has never been in the shop for anything else. Period.

2022 RAM 2500 review
We wound up taking our 22 ram 2500 cummins over Sonora Pass due to a computer routing error(no signs either). This was while hauling a 13,000lb. 5th wheel. Tranny got hot pulling up the east side but cooled right back down after 15 minute stop.. Brakes overheated coming down west side but able to get stopped and let them cool for 45 minutes. we made it using 4 low. do not recommend trying this but the truck performed amazingly.... wont buy another brand after this adventure. Sonora Pass is a 26% grade up and down btw

2024 Ford Expedition Max review
Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. We travel a fair amount both to the airport and on road trips. So our new vehicle needed to get all of us and luggage wherever we’re going. So far this is doing it.

2020 Toyota Highlander review

2015 Dodge Charger review
I've owned my '15 Dodge Charger SXT Plus Rallye for over 2 years. Have not EVER had a problem with it and still enjoy getting in it and driving. Great response time and acceleration. Sexy body style. Rides great for road trips, lots of room. Will own this car til wheels fall off. Then...I'll buy another one.

2017 GMC Yukon review
I bought this 2017 Tahoe w LT trim new. Have 60K on it now and have had no issues with it. We are not towing with it or doing high speed racing so we find the 5.3L Motor is smooth and quiet (and have not had any lifter issues which others have reported). Transmission and suspension also smooth. We keep Michelins on all our vehicles and have found this Tahoe very quiet and comfortable for road trips with 4-6 people and luggage. The LT trim pkg deleted some comfort items I wish I had (like heated steering wheel) but it still is pretty much leather-and-loaded so it was a good value at the time. I have had Suburbans for 35yrs before purchasing this Tahoe and I will probably go back to a Suburban for the extra cargo space when I trade this Tahoe in. But this has been a nice and reliable vehicle for us. No complaints.

2026 Jeep Wrangler review
Bought a new Willys model 2 door. Got nearly 10k off at Brandon Tomes in McKinney. Best Jeep I’ve had so far, and I’ve owned quite a few, dating back to the eighties. Mine has the 2.0 turbo and the 8 speed automatic, and it is surprisingly quick. A bit of turbo lag, but it comes in early at about 3k rpm, and the torque is fantastic. Seems like a lotta folks still want the inline six, but after owning two, those engines are dogs. Also had two V6 models, a JK and JT, and this engine outperforms both. With proper maintenance, should last a good while, but we’ll see. The 8 speed has a great reputation, as does the Rubicon spec suspension. Overall, happy with this Jeep, would recommend.

2023 Volkswagen Atlas review
I have a 2019 Atlas. This car is amazing and mind you I can't kill it. My car has 188,000 miles on it. The drive is smooth and very reliable. It has the room to fit all 5 of my kiddos perfectly and enough room in the trunk to even fit a wonderfold wagon with all the seats up. I had been searching for a car since late August and finally bought one on December 1. I have searched the inventory at Hertz Woodhaven in the past but never found a car intriguing enough to check into until now. I made contact with Hertz first through cars.com email after seeing a 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage at a unbelievably attractive price. I received a prompt email reply from Jordan, my sales rep, who told me that the car probably would be sold but that if the deal fell through she would contact me again - which she did the same day. I test drove that car but I found a couple of things I disliked about it. Hertz had three other 2015 Mirages on their lot so I tried another one. Didn't care for that one either so I tried a third. That one I liked. Jordan was extremely cooperative the entire time. I did not detect the slightest aggravation from her whatsoever. She was very professional and cordial. Outstanding in every way. So, once I decided to purchase, Jordan handed me off to Matt, the business manager, who handled the sale documents. Matt was Jordan's equal in his professionalism. Never hurried me through anything. He was also sympathetic when it came time for me to write the check. I hesitated briefly because I wasn't entirely sure I wanted to buy at that moment. Matt was very patient and could see that I was slightly reluctant but did not display any signs of irritation with me. That put my mind at ease and made me feel comfortable and confident enough to complete the sale. It also helps that Hertz has a no haggle price policy. No need for the extended negotiations which often take a lot of time - too much usually. Another big plus with Matt is that he kept all of his promises. The car was ready to pick up the next day and the title arrived to my home within a week. You can't ask for better service than that. More often than not, I've needed to contact a dealer after the sale to straighten out something. In addition to Jordan and Matt, there were a few other sales people who were very friendly while I waited for the sale to be completed. It might have been because I was the only car buyer there that time and day. Nevertheless, none of the staff ignored me when I had a question or when I felt like talking to kill the time. It didn't take very long - 90 minutes start to finish. Buying a used rental car at Hertz Woodhaven was the least stressful car buying experience I've had in 40 years. As to the facilities themselves, the Hertz corporation should consider upgrading the showroom appearance to match the five star level of customer service. The building is old and the interior decor spartan - but it was clean inside and out which is commendable. And, their lot is too small for the number of vehicles on hand. Although I found a parking spot in the back, there was only one spot. A dedicated area just for customers would be a big improvement - 4 or 5 spaces in front would be sufficient and would plainly show that the customer is #1! Now onto a couple of big negatives that is probably just Hertz corp. policy and beyond the control of the sales staff. Matt presented options for add-ons such as Lo Jack, extended warranty, etc. which was a real turn off. I told him before he started his spiel that I was not interested in any extras and I got the impression he had to offer them anyway. Standard procedure I suppose. I wish car dealers would stop doing this already. I know, good luck with that. Another thing I didn't like is that Hertz only had one car key when I took possession which apparently is common when buying their rentals. It might have been mentioned the day before or cited in the paperwork but I don't recall this happening. Hertz should try harder to keep both keys with the cars they're selling. Very strange that they don't. Where does the other key disappear to? Anyway, a long winded but honest appraisal of my Hertz Woodhaven experience.
2025 Nissan Altima review
I've owned 7 total with 0 issues. The cvt is quick and responsive. The exhaust has a nice tone to it. Seats are comfortable I've owned German luxury cars and I prefer the Altima seats. I love my car.

2019 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 review
I traded mine in after 19000 miles for one reason, the run flat tires. they are $300 a piece and last 15000 miles. They might be an option, if you don’t mind putting new and expensive tires on every year but they don’t perform in snow after 5000. They don’t perform great when new to be honest, just better in snow with more tread. I loved the car, but living in hilly, snowy Pennsylvania, it just wasn’t practical. Think twice if you drive in snow or rough roads or just don’t feel like getting new expensive tires every year

2017 Jeep Patriot review
CVT trans went out at 90,000 miles. Prior to that I called the dealership and’s was told it was too early to get serviced. Kept driving another 1k. Afterwards the trans went out ! xxxxxx me off. Car still sits in driveway not driven. Solenoid that controls speed is stuck. When you give it gas it slows down. Every auto shop I call says it’s not worth rebuilding trans because you can’t find parts. Dealership says they only swap them out and new trans is $8,700 that’s with labor! 8 week back order for trans. Ridiculous… $8,700 is another car. I gave insight to say this; buyer beware of CVT transmissions. Use your own judgement for service. Get it looked at every 30k miles. Try to buy a car that doesn’t have one. Lesson learned…

2023 Ford Bronco Sport review
Bought new. 50k on the odometer. Nothing of any concern has happened and Ford has a generous 10k miles between maintenance intervals. Stock tires on the Badlands did not last anywhere near their projected life. With the new tires I’m getting around 28mpg now. The badlands GOAT modes have gotten me through a lot of OHV trails and forest roads. The suspension articulates well. Anything I’ve dared to ask it do it has done.

2018 RAM 1500 review
I bought my 2017 Ecodiesel in April of 2018 at a significant discount from MSRP due to "Dieselgate" with VW and then modified software on these. They were held up for months so that the software could be corrected, so by the time they were available for purchase there was a massive overstock on them. With the complete re-design for the 2019 models, dealers were looking to get these moved out and offered big incentives to do so (up to $20,000 off). There have also been some recalls for a few things, but nothing that has seemed to go wrong on my vehicle, but I took it in to get everything addressed for the recalls. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the truck not working at any time and it is one of the most comfortable riding vehicles I've owned, especially on longer trips. The little diesel engine gets excellent milage on the freeway (about 28 mpg) and about 20 around town. Seats have coolers and heaters, the steering wheel also has a heater, auto start, good lumbar support, a nice sound system, "Millenium Falcon" style ice boxes under the rear passenger floor spots, and a lot of other features that even new trucks don't have. Plus I am not having to "rent" services that came in my truck like a lot of new vehicles force people into. It hauls what I need it to haul, tows what I need it to tow, and drives where I need it to go. Does what a truck should and with comfort to boot.

2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. Great dealership and people at Ray's CDJR in Fox Lake. They treat you like you should be, with respect through the entire process.

I was in the market for a new Cadillac and had a 2021 Jeep Gladiator to trade. KBB quoted a price which Suburban guaranteed - So I made a call and spoke to Todd in new car sales. Having never met him before, he located a vehicle in Pennsylvania, traded for it and had it at in Plymouth in a day. We met him for the first time when we took delivery of our new vehicle. Could not ask for better!! Any future Cadillac purchases will be done with Suburban and Todd!!!
2023 Cadillac Escalade review
Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

2023 Ford Maverick review
Got my XLT with black appearance option in may of 2023. Well worth waiting for 8 months. Have had the best luck with this truck. Have 28,000 miles and main battery just got replaced under warranty. None of those recalls ever pertained to this truck. Couldn’t be happier with this truck. Non plug in Hybrid . Great city mpg and rides great. Recommend to anyone wanting a small truck.

2023 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
been buying dhevy trucks since 1976 was my 1st truck, now i got a 2022 silverado with a 6.2 last Feb. of 2023,kicked up the computer kicking out 454 horse power to the wheels, still waiting on my tow mirrors dont make the wiring harrness for my modle is the only problem im having with this truck, will never buy any other truck.

2018 Lexus LC 500 review
Plenty of positive reviews to read and all legit. I will give you the small list of cons. Coming from a BMW. First. Make sure it has BSM. The car is on the bigger side and in the 1.5 years of owning I’ve probably had about 5 or 6 blind spot scares even with the lights in the mirrors. Never had this issue with any other car. Always look twice over your shoulder. That’s the biggest issue. Also some cars tend to click or clunk on stop or rolling throttle or brake. It’s usually an A-pillar issue that needs padding and tightened. Small but annoying. And last, door handle. Will stop working due to water getting into the mechanical parts and replacing is pricey. This should’ve been addressed by Lexus but wasn’t. Those are the cons. This car is awesome and worth every dime. Sounds great. Looks great. Feels great. Drives great. I love it. You will too. Don’t settle for an RCF, IS500 or a faster BMW that everyone has. It’s a great GT. And very unique.
