2023 Toyota Highlander review
Have had our 2023 Highlander XLE AWD since April 2023. Live in Chicago area and have driven to Arizona and Maine. Zero problems with the car. We put a large Thule box on the roof, multiple mountain bikes on a bike carrier and a kayak. Lots of luggage, got 27 miles per gallon on both trips. Plenty of power in the Rocky Mountains. Would recommend the car to others. We have a great Toyota dealership but all we have needed is schedule maintenance.

2015 Lexus NX 200t review
Love this SUV! It's futuristic exterior design caught my attention! Purchased brand new currently has 78,000. PROS: Extremely reliable and comfortable, quick, well-built, faux leather seats (much easier to take care of than leather), Sleek and sporty design, modern - NO wood interior! In 2015 Lexus accomplished what no other car maker ever did - All of their cars received the highest reliability rating! Had many cars and the NX is by far is the best! CONS: Touchy & frustrating mouse pad - jumps all over the place, display screen too small, requires premium gas, old and out of place analog clock.

2024 Hyundai SANTA FE HEV review
Purchased new 2024 Santa Fe Hybrid Limited, the styling is on point, interior is laid out well comfortable. Got the matte finish bronze and it looks amazing. Our real world mpg is little higher than expected, coming in at 36 combined so far with it being driven 4k miles. The ONLY downside was our after sales service. Drove us insane trying to get the simplest request. Piece of window trim was missing when we took delivery, they had the car for 2+ months to "repair/replace" this ! During that time, it was probably promised "next Friday" , nearly every Fri., and always I always had to be the one to call to try and get update, if you could even talk to a live person, it would be always be * let me check and I'll call you back* and days would go by forcing you to call again. I can't say this about other Hyundai dealerships, but McDonough Hyundai in Georgia has the absolute, positively, worst customer service . It's like Popeyes Chicken, you that chicken sandwich is great, but you also they not known for the service, it ain't no Chik fil a.

2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LD review
Purchased a 2019 Silverado RST Double Cab, & was immediately impressed with the power in quickness of the 5.3. Had one issue with torque converter which dealer replaced for free due to purchasing the extended warranty. I kinda wish the leather seat had and arm rest, but other than that for the past 9-months it has been the most comfortable and quickest truck I have ever owned. And I have owned quite a few since 1978. Very fine truck the Silverado RST. But always watch your speedometer. You can be driving down the road thinking you’re doing the speed limit and you’re actually running 15 20 mph faster. The only reason I knew I was going too fast was I was passing cars more than usual. You just don’t realize how fast you’re going due to the power and the smooth ride in these Silverado RST’s. I’ve owned a lot of trucks and I would highly recommend this truck for anybody looking for one.

2024 Hyundai TUCSON Hybrid review
A big contributing factor in choosing the Hyundai brand was my previous experience with two different Elantra that I had a 2007 and a 2015. Both my mom and sister have driven only the Hyundai brand for the last 20 years or so with good results. My interest in the hybrid vehicle has been around since the Ford Escape came out. In 2021 I finally had the right circumstances to purchase one a Ford Escape. Last year a major recall occurred there was no way to solve the issue. So I traded it in for a 2024 Tucson Hybrid the NLine Trim. Both vehicles are similarly equipped. My only two dislike about the Tucson it lacks a place to store your eye glasses in. The other item is the shift arrangement it’s a push button type thing I prefer a wheel type selector that was in the Escape or the old fashion way. I still have under 2000 miles on the Tucson. Before purchasing it I did some read some of the reviews. Some mention the gasoline mileage as a concern. Comparing the two hybrid vehicles I still fill up once a month and probably get the same amount of gas. My commute is about 20 minutes one way. There seems to be more storage capacity in the Tucson. Both vehicles do not have a spare tire and have that fix a flat type of deal. The back up camera works great both during the day and night. Over all it’s a great vehicle. I would recommend it.

2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe review
Bought my 2024 used with 13k miles on it. Maybe I'm old school due to prior life with a 97 TJ and and 01 XJ but this car is fantastic to drive and very luxurious. Perhaps not as tech heavy as other SUVs, but it does everything I could hope for, and has been fun for road driving and light off roading.

2013 Ford Explorer review
10 years since we bought this vehicle used. It has been awesome, over 110K on the clock; minor problems only. Biggest problems are with brake corrosion caused by very salty roads here. undercarriage corrosion is starting to take its toll. But the vehicle is still good enough we are hesitating to upgrade. Some minor, weird but occasional , electric glitches, mostly self locking. But then, the lack of electronics relative to newer models is a big plus to us. We have now owned this vehicle longer than any other we have ever had. interior issues are with the glove box hinge (plastic and breaks if you are not careful), and elbow rests cracking.

2024 Toyota Corolla Hybrid review
Great fuel economy, averaging 55+ MPGs most of the time. Interior features are very nice for a vehicle in this price range. Some road noise at higher speeds, but not bad. Android Auto is very nice, but needs to be reconnected at times, which is easy to do.

2020 Honda Odyssey review
I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. 2015 Honda CR-V review
One year and 37,000 miles later, my 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L, purchased from Bill Kay Honda, has exceeded all expectations! I bought this gem with 50,000 miles on the clock, and it's been nothing short of a dream. Dependability is the name of the game here – this car hasn't skipped a beat. Gas mileage has been consistently impressive, making both city commutes and long road trips a breeze. As expected with any vehicle of this mileage, routine repairs have been standard, but nothing out of the ordinary. The EX-L trim package adds a touch of luxury with its leather interior and upgraded features, making every drive comfortable. The spacious interior and ample cargo space have been perfect for everything from grocery runs to weekend getaways. Having finally taken the plunge into the Honda world, I now understand the rave reviews from my mechanics. This CR-V has proven its worth, and I'm a loyal Honda convert for life! I want to specifically mention the excellent service I received at Bill Kay Honda, especially from my salesman, Bert Tvrz. The sales process was smooth and transparent, and Bert went above and beyond to answer all my questions. He even called the previous owner to track down the owner's manual, which was incredibly helpful. Even a year later, I'm still thrilled with my purchase. I felt that they were honest and upfront about the car, and that is very important to me. Tip: If you're looking for a reliable, fuel-efficient, and comfortable SUV, the 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L is a fantastic choice. Regular maintenance will keep it running smoothly for years to come. 2020 Nissan Pathfinder review
We upgraded our 2015 Quest to a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. We absolutely love it! The car has a great ride, great features, and does great on gas considering it being a big SUV. We have had the pathfinder for almost a year now and we have never had a single mechanical issue with the car except maintenance. If you want a car that lasts forever I recommend buying one!

2020 Cadillac XT4 review
We discussed with friends a solid American vehicle to serve as a daily driver and saw good bones with the distinctive exterior/interior design and technologically advanced XT4 Sport (20” wheels). The 2.0-liter turbocharged engine handles everyday driving and quick passing maneuvers without issue. The 9-speed automatic transmission is generally smooth but does seek the perfect gear, particularly in low-speed traffic. For many, the OEM setup may be just fine, however, we opted to “refine” a few of the Luxury & Sport options that the original owner passed on (we're the 2nd owners) and now enjoy climbing into the cockpit of this daily transporter! 2026 Lexus RX 350h review
The car is beautiful and the interior is very nice. The steering wheel controls for the various function is not easy to understand and make adjustments. It gets the advertised MPG with the Hybrid set up. Acceleration is a little slow but it has plenty of power for me. I would recommend this car.

2025 Lexus GX 550 review
Nicely designed, very comfortable, Luxury plus model has fantastic features. Some plastic interiors could be improved. Solid in nature, great visibility from inside, panoramic roof is very nice. The fact that Lexus has really designed it to fit inside a standard US garage is great!. Love the coolbox. Also the rear glass door opening is a big hit. '3rd row going under ground' without sacrificing space for spare tire is excellent. More inside storage space world be a plus
