We had a very nice experience at the dealership. Cory greeted us and handed us over to Rick. Rick pulled up 3 different colors of the same vehicle so we could pick the right one and Dennis in finance did a great job explaining all our options there as well. We will definitely be back in the future.
Kacey was patient, polite, and very knowledgeable when we came in to shop for a new car. My husband has been a ford man since he was 16 and Kacey sold him on a brand new Kia! Kacey continued to give us great information and let he Kia's great qualities sell itself to us. JC is by far the most honest and helpful salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have been with Eich Motor for over 40 years and on my fourth car with this company. The whole staff all still work hard to be a small town, trustworthy company. JC is that and much more. He returns all texts, emails and phone calls in a timely fashion. He speaks the truth and is incredibly helpful. I know I can contact him in two weeks, two months or in two years from now, he will do all he can to answer my questions and make sure I am happy with my new fabulous Golf Alltrack. He's a good man with a big heart...AND on the test drive he let me FULLY explore the extreme maneuverability of the car. He's just the best.

I did the usual research on the 2 or 3 vehicles I was considering for a lease and begain the ???dreaded??? dealer visits on the Black Friday weekend. Each visit , Honda, Toyota, Mazda, Hyundai, was the typical ???what do I need to do to get you in the car today??? with the usual visit by the manager etc etc. Pricing ALWAYS started high and slowly came down as I expressed my requirements. This all changed when I went to Wantagh Mazda. I met Ken the self proclaimed manager of ???smiles & laughs???. He listened to my needs and gave me honest answers and pricing and in two days I was in my new Mazda. Supprisingly for car buying I did smile and had a few laughs as well. In 2006. David Chiari sold my parents a Mazda 3, which they gifted to me as my first car. 12 years later, I came back to lease another Mazda, this time, the CX-5. I had told David that I was looking at other cars and that leasing was the best option for me and my husband right now. Mazda didn't push me, inundate me with calls like other dealerships did and gave me what I thought was a very fair price for my trade in car. It also helps that he has a picture of Queen Elizabeth II behind his desk, as I am a huge anglophile. Such a great guy who is part of a great team that truly cares about their customers. Owner loyalty was honored for sure.
I was looking for a used car and had been to other dealers, who had denied me. But since I had bought a used car from Mitsubishi a long time ago, I figured I would try them too. Though, I thought for sure they would turn me down too. To my surprise not only did they Not Turn Me Down but they got me approved for a new car. Not only that but the monthly payments were almost what I had been paying a month for my used car. I decided then and there that I wouldn't go any place else for a new or used car. I have never been sorry.
without the frustrating experience of having to wait for a special tool to come in to recalibrate the blind spot radar damaged from an accident, everyone was wonderful to work with. The delay of getting the tool in was not the fault of the dealership, but rather Mazda corporate.
What a great group of local people. Talked with Chase and bought a used Mazda 6 from him. During the sale they had the carfax and shop diagnostics for the car I wanted and used cars under 100,000 have warranties. The low to no pressure approach works with me. Talked with the owner after the sale and he is just a good Montana guy. I finally found a car dealer in Missoula WITHOUT the slick, phoney, tie wearing salesman.
