I reached out to Team Mazda for a Mazda3 and the experience has been nothing but great. Mike Woleslagle helped me get a great deal and friends who accompanied me were ‘jealous’ of how smooth the entire process was. Would highly recommend Team Mazda.

From the very beginning, Ashley Flores exuded professionalism and warmth, making me feel comfortable and confident in my decision-making process. Her knowledge of the vehicles, coupled with her patience in answering all my questions and families questions, truly showcased her expertise in the field and if she didn’t know, she quickly admitted and went to get us the answer. I cannot thank her enough for taking the time to understand my needs and guiding me towards the perfect car for me. She went above and beyond to find the best deals and negotiate on my behalf, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. What stood out was her genuine care and concern for me as a customer. She made me feel valued and listened to, which is a rarity in today's world. Her friendly demeanor and ability to build rapport made the entire experience enjoyable. I will undoubtedly recommend anyone in need of a knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable salesperson to Ashley or to DGDG Team Mazda

I called Nathan Merrill at DGDG Mazda out of the blue because I was looking for a specific color/option combo Mazda CX-5 and wanted to buy it same day - the special interest rate was expiring and sales tax was going up 1% the next day. He was very very nice, and went to go find it for me (it was at another of their locations). He secured it, sent me a video, offered a fair price, so I bought it that night and he had it delivered to me the next day. This is the first time I've bought directly from a dealership since 2012 because of bad experiences in the distant past. Nathan made it a good experience. I still hate sitting in front of the Finance guy, but that can't be helped LOL

We went on test drives with both Alex and Luis and they were both very knowledgeable and helpful in making a decision between several vehicles without putting any pressure on us to purchase - a very enjoyable experience! I flew from LAX to SFO to pick up my new pre-owned 2011 NC Miata thanks to help of Chris! He patiently worked out a great deal with me over the phone, told me everything I needed to know about the car and even picked me up from the airport first thing in the morning! He’s punctual, personable, informative and honestly just a great guy to hang out with!

Mark Mazda review
I purchased a 2019 Mazda CX-5 online from Colorado from Mark Mazda. I couldn’t be happier. The online buying process was simple. I could figure out the exact cost of the vehicle ahead of time, which was helpful when comparing vehicles. I feel I got a MUCH better deal than dealers in CO were offering, even with the “inconvenience” of traveling to AZ to pick up the car. James Fajardo, my salesperson, is FANTASTIC!!! He picked me up from the airport, gave me an overview of the vehicle and even took the time to follow up with the prep guys to get a slight scratch I didn’t notice on the vehicle buffed out. My vehicle was immaculate when I picked it up. James really went above and beyond to make me feel my business was valued. I would highly recommend him. I appreciated the dealership’s willingness to work with me as an out of state buyer. Rick in finance was great too. My only complaint (and thus the 4 stars for the buying process) was having to wait about an hour to get in to see Rick. That part could have been better, considering I had a long drive home. It’s an older dealership so there’s not much to the facilities, but that not what I really cared about. I understand they’ll be moving into a brand new place later in the year which looks much nicer. I’m so happy with my experience I would buy another vehicle from James in the future - even with a long drive home!
