Excellent experience at Russ Darrow! Car was as described and Cayden was great in expediting everything I required to complete the sale. Everyone worked hard to make sure they had a happy customer driving out of there.

Napleton's Palatine Mazda review
Came in and they help me right away! Was a relatively quick process and they helped me with any questions. Haven’t had a service like this before. Working with Chase he understood the different criteria’s and considered all them! Chase was willing to go above and beyond to find the perfect car for me. (If you are an international and looking for a car this is the place to go, they have knowledge and all visas and what is best for you!)

Napleton's Palatine Mazda review
Had the help of Lupe in buying a car. He was not pushy at all and answered all my questions. It can be a long day getting a new car which it was, but it was a pretty easy process. Also while waiting for numbers and paperwork the other staff would start a conversation with you as well talking cars.

Napleton's Palatine Mazda review
My daughter went to buy a car here with Chase and I’m glad to say that I had not to worry about her coming back with a bad deal! He ensured that she finds the car she wants. Thankful for Chase guidance and patience in the process to ensure that I was also satisfied and gave the go on everything. Good job my guy!

Russ Darrow Mazda of Greenfield review
Stopped in late on Tuesday April 9 for a test drive of a plug in hybrid and salesperson Kelly Murray helped us accomplish that before closing at 9pm. She was friendly, professional and most helpful to us in deciding that we wanted to buy a CX-90. Unfortunately for her a different Mazda dealership had the car of our dreams

Napleton's Palatine MazdaReviews
Napleton's Palatine Mazda review
I had a fantastic experience with Jakub Wiatr and his team! They were incredibly thorough and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. I called and spoke to a super friendly woman who scheduled my appointment for the very next day. I brought my Mazda CX-30 in that morning, and it was already finished by the time I got off work—super convenient. The customer service at Napleton Palatine Mazda is truly top-notch. Everyone was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout. It was a completely stress-free experience. It’s not always easy to find a team you can trust with your car, but these guys definitely deliver. Highly recommend!

Russ Darrow Mazda of GreenfieldReviews
Russ Darrow Mazda of Greenfield review
I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Russ Darrow Mazda of Greenfield, and it’s all thanks to Jason and Nick. From start to finish, they were transparent, professional, and incredibly helpful. Jason took the time to walk me through every detail of the vehicle I was interested in. There was no pressure, no gimmicks—just honest answers and a genuine willingness to help. Nick was equally outstanding, explaining the financing options clearly and ensuring I understood all the terms. Their customer service is truly top-tier. You can tell they care more about building relationships than just making sales. I left feeling confident, respected, and thrilled with my purchase. If you’re in the market for a new or used Mazda—or just want to work with people who value honesty and transparency—go see Jason and Nick at Russ Darrow Mazda of Greenfield. You won’t regret it!

Scherer MazdaReviews
Scherer Mazda review
Keri Thierer was personable, as amenable as a salesperson could be, and honest. I greatly appreciated the experience I had buying from Keri at Scherer. The financing part of the buying experience could and should have echoed the experience Keri gave. I would recommend Scherer Mazda and Keri Theirer over any of the regional competitors hands down.
