Shannon Rode always makes sure I am well taken care of when I bring my car to be fixed or serviced. She goes the extra mile to see that I have a loaner if they keep my car so I can get to work. I know I can always depend on her. She's a joy to see and chat with as well.

Manchester Mazda review
The car we were interested was detailed and waiting for us when we arrived for our appointment. We were greeted right away by our sales contact and then did an initial walk around the vehicle. We then took it for a test drive. Upon returning Kris asked us if we had any questions. All pricing was clearly shown and we got a very fair price for our trade in. We agreed to a deal and picked up the car a couple of days later. It was detailed again and the gas tank was filled. Kris followed up to make sure we were happy. We would highly recommend this dealership and our sales representative.

Was super happy with my experience at Mazda of Manchester. Made an appointment, they cleaned the car I wanted to test drive when I arrived, and made the buying process really easy for me. Their selection and prices are hard to beat. They helped explain all of my options and we’re super helpful. Thank you to the team and Bill, Brandon, and Dani!!

Manchester Mazda review
Recently purchased new from Mazda of Manchester. With all the consumer information available these days, new Mazdas basically sell themselves, the dealerships basically direct traffic, manage the transactions and negotiations. Having said that, Mazda of Manchester was extremely efficient and professional and I drove off feeling I had been treated extremely fairly, especially during the trade-in appraisal process, which can be very painful, as I learned at rival Mazda dealerships during my hunt. With dealer discounts and Mazda Loyalty rebates applied, the OTD price paid was thousands less than I had budgeted. Lisa and Kris were helpful and knowledgeable throughout and after the transaction, and were very flexible in working within my schedule and timeframes. Social-distancing protocols surely compromised the typical workflow in the dealership paperwork process, but everything was handled creatively and efficiently. I will highly recommend doing business with these guys if you are in the market for a Mazda!

Liberty Mazda review
Review for service side of things- I cannot thank Liberty Mazda Service department enough. I used Liberty Mazda for over a year until I relocated and decided to try out a different Mazda Dealership. The two just simply cannot be compared. Following damages done to my vehicle by a separate dealership, Liberty took me back under their wing and “righted all the wrongs” that were not their own. They are always understanding, kind and flexible. Their actions and work alone have kept me as a customer with the Mazda corporation as a whole. Jason, the Service manager, is personable and friendly and makes you feel like you are being cared for at a small business or local shop. Craig and George, my service representatives, have always been professional and gone above and beyond in customer service. It is rare you find a dealership service department you fully trust to take good care of your vehicle with honesty and integrity. While already rated in high regards, I hope Mazda corporation further recognizes its service members at Liberty. When it’s time to upgrade, I know exactly where I will be shopping. Thank you, Jason, Craig, George and their team.

Jordan made finding a car so easy, and Bill was extremely knowledgeable in finance! My husband and I had an excellent experience at Liberty Mazda, and look forward to doing business with them for many years. Also, my new CX-5 is amazing!

Liberty Mazda review
We just bought a CX-30 and Madison was the person who helped us. She went above and beyond with helping us. Actually I did not want to buy a car but my husband kind of talked me into it. Madison was very understanding and patient with us. She answered all our questions and DID NOT pressure us at all. We would highly recommend her to anyone. She found out that I loved M&Ms and even got me some AFTER I bought the car. usually someone would buy them before lol. Again Madison went above and beyond and made me very comfortable and relaxed which is hard to do. very professional, polite and considerate. thank you Madison

Hamilton MazdaReviews
Hamilton Mazda review
I stopped by on my way home from work because an indicator light had come on. Even though it was about 30 minutes before the service department was going to close, they took the car in, researched and diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and I was on my way. Granted, a more serious problem would have meant that the car would have had to stay overnight... but all worked out fine. Good service, friendly crew - what more could I want?
