Great people at the dealership. Good experience working with them. The newer sales people did their best. It would have been an excellent experience if the sales folks learned a bit more about the vehicle we were interested in and buying. The evening we signed the paperwork and took delivery, we were in the dealership 2 hours. This should have taken less than a hour. During the wait time, it would have been proactive and beneficial if the sales person spent time reviewing the vehicle features and options vs surfing the web. They also appeared to be short staffed that night which accounts for some of the time in the dealership. We also requested a list of prep work that was done on the vehicle and did not receive it. Will follow up to get this. Bottom line, we’d recommend this dealership because of the people and quality of their vehicles. Great success to all.

Jackson came out to greet us but gave us the space we needed to look at lot inventory and was there when we needed to ask questions. He wasn’t pushy or coming across as trying to force a sale. He introduced us to the GM, John who seemed like a pretty good dude as well. If you are looking to test drive, give yourself more time with them than other dealerships. It was nearly double the time with them compared to others, but that’s a minor inconvenience really. Financial lady, Melissa was very nice too. Sales manager Matt sent a follow up E-mail asking for feedback on what would keep me from buying with them and specifically asking for a response, if my memory serves me right, I sent a detailed response stating some thoughts and concerns. He didn’t bother reaching back out which was kind of annoying. If you want my business bad enough that you are going email and ask for a response as if you want to open some dialogue, please follow through. Another annoying thing is the inside of the care wasn’t detailed very well after the sale, there was some dust and debris on the dash that was there a week prior when we test drove it. Overall we enjoyed it and we would buy from there again

Our salesman, AUSTIN BEAVER, was phenomenal and made every effort to secure the best "deal" for our now "new to us" pre-owned Mazda CX5. While it is truly a "seller's market" at this time for this particular vehicle (high demand!), Austin did all he could to get us rolling -fairly- in this fantastic car. I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. Now, two weeks on, I'm very pleased with my car and experience. Thanks!
