Felt like family by the time we finished buying our car. Every person from our salesman , Chris Pingel, to the finance manager, Lori, was incredibly helpful and friendly . They really understand customer service! Very happy with our entire transaction. They answered all of our many questions and were very prompt to respond. Highly recommend.

I purchased a used BMW , I was impressed with my sales associate and with his knowledge of the car. The drivers mirror was missing and I was informed it had been ordered and will be replaced, when I brought it back for replacement , I was in and out in no time. The dealership was very nice and my experience was awesome.

2026 Mazda CX-5 review
I reviewed several vehicles. Honda CRV, the next model up, Toyota Rav4, and Mazda. Avoided the Chevy, Ford disasters. Settled with the Mazda CX-5 2026 model. Toyota has partnered with Mazda, so quality is on the good side things. The CX-5 aligned with most every need, technology, comfort, ride quality, color, style, etc. Honda and Toyota are more functionally design lacking style. Still good vehicles. We purchased this vehicle at Mazda Greenfield WI and they were great to work with!

Hiley Hyundai of Fort Worth review
Well, Chris Pringle and Hiley have my utmost respect and support. Communication was exceptional, pressure non-existent. My experience wasn’t like anything in the past. It was a pleasure from beginning to end. Chris said repeatedly that he wasn’t with me to sell me a car but to meet my needs and expectations, and he did just that. His probing questions were unobtrusive and made it obvious that he was concerned with what I needed, what I wanted, and was entirely focused on me leaving a completely satisfied customer. I highly recommend Chris if you are looking to purchase a Hyundai or a GMC. Chris, you rock! Thanks for such a pleasant experience. Lee Ballard

Me and my husband went in today to look at a car that we ended up not liking. Felix Pina was our sales agent and he helped us find a car that was perfect for us! Hiley Mazda of Hurst review
The best car dealer I’ve ever been to in my lifetime. No sales pitches, no upwelling, no pressure. It’s really the total opposite of what I expected to get when looking for my first car in a decade. Everyone there is super nice and really easy going I would definitely buy a car from them again and would tell other people to do the same.

Hiley Mazda of Hurst review
My wife and I purchased a CX9 at Hiley Mazda of Hurst in December of 2021. It was a great experience. I took the vehicle in for a recall item today and had the best experience ever from a service department. The service advisor was Sixtos Rodriguez. He is amazing at customer service. I highly recommend Hiley Mazda.

Working with Chris Walker was a great experience. We drove from Flower Mound to purchase my son’s first car which he has been saving for. Chris did a great job and was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped us get a great deal on the car.
