From the moment my wife and I arrived, we were warmly greeted and assisted even though we parked on the Mitsubishi side of the building:-). Having been to dealerships where I was ignored or pressured, someone just being nice was a great start. Buying a car can be a lengthy and stressful process, but working with nice people really helps.
