Overall, buying my 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid was good. The car and dealership were clean and the staff was pleasant. Robert went above and beyond when relaying so much important info about my hybrid (my first-so excited!) The entire team worked to make the process easy and pleasant. I only have one complaint. When my boyfriend and I were inside asking questions and sealing the deal, I was a bit annoyed by the fact that although I was the purchaser, and sometimes even when I asked a question, Robert spent most of the time talking to my boyfriend about MY car. I was surprised that a veteran car salesman would make such an error. I overlooked it because he was otherwise a good salesperson and I really wanted the car. Still, I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Metro Toyota, but I would insist the salesperson talk to me, the purchaser.

When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close... He got it out of the show room for us and let us take it for a spin, we came back and started working with Dylan Fox. Hands down most respectful and chill sales person ive ever spoken to. Very very easy to work with and very easy to talk to. We didnt feel intimidated or pressured as we worked with him and was able to relax and feel better about buying a new car. Dylan got us in fast and got us numbers quick. We didnt have to do a bunch of bouncing around back and forth with managers to get a good price. The overall experience was fantastic and I would drive the extra mile to get to work with this dealership again and to work with Dylan. 25/10
