My son purchased a 2014 Dodge Charger SXT AWD from Drivers Village 9/19/18. We purchased it from Dan in the Used Car facility. I could not have asked for a better purchasing experience. From Andrew Hilt, the internet sales person to Dan the sales associate, down to the financing dept.; they were all great and very helpful. we were very pleased with the vehicle.
Trisha reached out to me within a day of showing interest in a car. We set up a meeting for a test drive. I was contacted the same day of the year drive to be told the sold the vehicle at auction. I bought a car elsewhere.
Working with Joseph was the best car-buying experience I’ve had! He was professional, tailored his service to all my needs and wants, and was respectful and charismatic. He created a positive and happy experience as soon as I walked into Driver’s Village and made sure I was comfortable at all costs. I ended up purchasing a vehicle from him!
Although I did not visit the showroom or the dealership at all I did communicate with both sales staff and management through e-mail. They were responsive, provided me the information for which I asked, and gave me their bottom-line, out-the-door price. They followed up to ensure I got the best possible attention. I am impressed and would definitely consider buying a truck from them. The reason I didn't give them a perfect score is that I only have limited interaction with them.
Was hesitant about going back to burritts. Had been there years ago and it was not a good experience. The place has totally changed now for the better. New management, new salesman, the building has been updated and has also added a lot more services. The salesman were very professional and not pushy. Found exactly what I wanted in a truck and didn’t ask me to go look at a more expensive model. Business manager there was also great. Did not low ball me on my trade in. All around great experience.
I came with cash to purchase a car. Jim was polite but lowballed my trade. I came the next day for delivery and was treated less important than those who were shopping for a car. It is not acceptable to be treated second class after so much of my hard earned money was spent in your business. The price was good, the service was not. Disappointed is the feeling, not sensational. I would have loved to be treated sensational.
I purchased a used 2013 Mazda CX-5 from Burdick Mazda. The sales person I made the deal with her, Ariana was so helpful and did whatever she could for me. Actually, because of a problem in the registration process I couldn't get the car on that day. She delivered the car herself by driving 2/5 hours to me and for compensation of the problem added a cargo cover as free. She was pretty nice and so kind to me and helped to do all purchase process in one day. Moreover, thanks to Ben I could finance my car with a great interest rate (3.45% for 4 years with credit score around 700). Except the problem with registration that was because of the pervious owner I am really satisfied with my shopping from Burdick Mazda in Drivers Village and strongly suggest it because of the authority, really good price, and customer services.
Well after my failed attempt to buy with the first salesman. I made another attempt to buy. Thanks to the second salesmen I spoke with (Brynner) I was able to purchase my 2014 Dodge Durango. He did a great job. I also dealt with the finance manger (Ivan). He also did a great job. All though I loathe the car buying process, these guys and Romano Mazda deserve a great review from a satisfied customer.
