I didn’t feel forced in purchasing the vehicle and I was able to test both the Mazda CX5 and Mazda 6. The entire staff there is friendly and they thoroughly explained their answers to my questions. I walked away with a cool blue shiny Mazda 6 and excited about the new car. If you’re going to buy a Mazda, buy it here ask for Charlie! You won’t regret it.

After I completed the purchase, she stayed with me to go over the CX-50 Hybrid’s features, showed me how to use the infotainment system, paired my phone, and set up the MyMazda app so I could take full advantage of the car. Jeremy, the sales finance manager, was equally impressive. He was patient, clear, and thorough in explaining the financing process, taking the time to answer every question without rushing. His professionalism and approachable manner made the paperwork feel easy. We bought a used MX-5 from Caruso Mazda yesterday. They were friendly and helpful throughout. No high pressure or dealer tricks the way you see some places. Every person we worked with was positive and professional. They knew the history of the car and talked honestly about all of it. Also great that they do CPO for Mazda - hard to find that for the car we wanted. I would highly recommend this dealer for anyone looking for a high quality used car. They are probably great for new cars too, but I didn’t interact with them on that.
