Bought my car about three years ago from Vince at Easton. We had such a positive experience that my husband bought his truck last year. I recently purchased a new Mazda CX-5 from Donovan at Germain Mazda. Donovan and the team at Germain made the process so easy. I found Donovan on TikTok and reached out when I saw they had a couple of cars I was interested in. Between a couple of phone calls and a few emails we were able to settle on a deal. Everything felt very straightforward and fair while negotiating. The paperwork and finance were also quick and easy after doing a credit app online before going to pick up the car. There were a few small hiccups with financing and paperwork but between Donovan and Jeremy in the finance department we were able to resolve them quickly. Donovan and everyone I’ve spoken to has been kind, and communicative, in addition to responding quickly when I had questions or concerns. If you are looking for a new car soon I would recommend stopping at Germain Mazda and asking for Donovan.
