When I dug down deep and opened their glorious doors only to see nothing but Magnificence in front of my eyes whichever way I turned! That along with Smiles from anyone who made eye contact with me. Nice change from being bombarded from “Bored Hungry Hunting” salesmen in most car dealerships that I visited in the last 2 weeks! By now knowing quite a bit more about “A Woman” shopping a car all my her lonesome…I had learned a thing or two about “Games, Hidden charges and Fees!” No, Not nice! But Not at SCHWARTZ MAZDA! Not for one moment did I feel that Noah Anderson, my salesman wasn’t listening to my needs, he knew I was “The Real Deal!” And that was exactly what I needed, just to be Heard and to get the Best Vehicle that I Could Afford! By chance I did get to meet their General Manager, a True Gentleman, Sean Lennon! A man with one of the Most Humble, Kind and Gentle Soul’s with the Utmost Respect for my position I had been left with after being a victim of a most “Wicked and Evil Scam!” I can write a book about that day, but better than that I MUST APPLAUD and give SCHWARTZ MAZDA and their Associates a TRIPLE A+ Rating! A TEAM to be “Respected and Mirrored!” Anyone looking now or in the near future for a new or used vehicle that fits their budget ~~Do Not, I Repeat DO NOT Hesitate…. I also want to shout out Peter, the finance manager, who was incredibly helpful and straightforward. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the finance portion of the process easy and comfortable—no pressure, no confusion. After dealing with other dealerships, the difference in professionalism here really stood out. Both Elvin and Peter made sure the car was ready and that I felt confident every step of the way. I have to say that this has been the best car buying experience ever! I went in and my sales consultant, Nakia Scott, was very friendly and patient. Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!

I do have to say when it came to the finance part, Madi was good until I declined any extra maintenance he tried to sell me, he became very upset, and that was not a good experience!
