Great people at this dealership. Just wished they took car of their cars more. Bought a 2007 Jeep Liberty and in 4 days my powersteering went out. Now within a month now i have something going on in my reer. Constant sqeaking and Scrapping sounds. These cars sit for a long time and dont get moved very often. So they just catch rust.

Like the look and features, as for the comfort it’s heavy in the road. You feel every thing and the back seat passengers always say it’s swaying. I do the driving so not to worried. It is good for handling and responsive. Lol. But when my wife drives it she says her preference is for our other car Honda CRV. It’s smoother on the road. Obviously had the shocks check and get it serviced at Mazda. So it’s been looked at and they state all is good.
Like the look of the newer models as well, but wife is reluctant to get another !azda in this range.
Our experience at Ken Pollock Ford was absolutely phenomenal. From our first contact with them, Christine was so willing to help and answered our questions extremely quickly. She sent us every single piece of information we needed to know, and had us essentially sold on the car (and the dealership) before we got there. Then. We arrived yesterday and quickly realized it was only getting better. Zach, our car salesman, knocked it out of the ball park. He explained everything in detail and allowed us to ask a litany of questions. He was easily the best sales associate we???ve ever worked with. Even the man processesing our paperwork, Mark, was effective and effienct to the highest degree. The car we bought is perfect for us, and we could not recommend Ken Pollock Ford more.

absolutely love this car - it's LUXURY LUXURY LUXURY but at a much lower cost. It shouldn't be compared to the normal Honda CRV or others it is typically compared to. smooth drive and luxury features - it's the highest value for your $ - compare it's features and drive vs Audit, BMW, and Mercedes - Mazda wins!!!
I can't say enough about the great customer service I received from Bob Thennes, when I purchased my 2018 Ford Escape. Even though we have had many rainy days the team at Ken Pollock Ford, Berwick add a little sunshine with their pleasant response to my questions and completing their portion of the transition from one vehicle to another. Bob Thennes did an excellent job in showing vehicles that would suit my needs, demonstrating the functions of the new vehicle, and offering future assistance if needed. The nice thing about Ken Pollock Ford is that the exceptional service does not stop at the sale of the vehicle but extends for future service needs, which I have experienced since they opened in Berwick. I traded in my 2014 Touring CX-5 (fairly high mileage) for a 2018 Grand Touring CX-5. I loved my 2014 CX-5 and was actually surprised by how much more excited I was about the 2018 CX-5 after I made the purchase and drove it a bit. It feels like a luxury car without the price. The upgrades in styling and comfort were more significant than I realized. More importantly, the upgrades in technology are incredible! The engine is more efficient; I recently got 32 miles per gallon on a road trip, and that given the car is heavier due to additional noise insulation. Features like the rain sensing wipers, radar adjusted cruse control, and lane sensing are terrific. I'm still trying to learn all the features of Mazda Connect. Finally, the car is a smooth, fairly quiet ride and seems just as nimble as my 2014 model.

I am rather new to the Mazda family but I purchased a 2016 Mazda 3 which I had no issues with so I took advantage of some early incentives and traded up to a 2018 Mazda CX-5.
What an amazing vehicle. Similar features as my previous vehicle but with lots of updates and new looks. Also a bunch of newer features like heated seats and individual climate control.

Super reliable car, great gas mileage & all around great. Really roomy and good to take on adventures. Really awesome little special features that most cars dont have!
After realizing what the problem was, they were helpful in getting it resolved. I was disappointed, though, in the cost. I had to pay $100 to figure out the problem, then buy the part myself and another $150 to put the new part in. I felt it was a little expensive.

I did quite a bit of test driving and reading about the various cars and suvs in the similar segment. I was impressed by how far Mazda has come along to design and built good looking cars, engines, chassis, etc. The CX-5 is a 2.4 L 4 cylinder developing 185 hp. The interior design and quality is up market. The exterior design is smooth and sporty. The engine for its size and power is very peppy and responsive. The suspensions are stiff enough to give you great handling and making you feel like a semi sports car on rails. The model i bought was a Grand Touring variant which has a sports mode and also a trip Tronic gear box. The trip tronic gear box is sensitive to your input of up shifting or down shifting but half a second slower from our input. The sports mode is wild and makes the car up shift and down shift based on our tune of driving. The sports mode and the Trip Tronic shifting combined is pretty responsive. The automatic gear is pretty smooth. I also found the road noise is reduced, no wind noise as the cabin is well sound proofed. The engine grunt can be heard inside when the engine is revving at a higher rpm. The overall comfort is good, little bumpy since the suspensions are stiff. The fuel consumption is not the highest in the class and gave about 23.5 miles per gallon. This is should be fact that the engine is towards more responsive and quick compared to a economy mode engine. The 19 inch wheels with 255 size tyres adds to the handling. Overall, I am happy with the car and would recommend to anyone looking for a family suv/cross over that is powerful, conformable and handles well.
The service was fine and was done as I asked. My issue came when we went to check out. I had signed up online for the 15,000 mile service which included oil change with filter. tire rotation and topping off all fluid levels. The charge was to be in the 69.00 dollar range according to the online offer. When we went to checkout the bill was almost 100$. I explain to the service manager and he could not find the offer I described. He did make the adjustment after he could see I was upset that they had no record of this service. He charged me just for the tire rotation less than 20.00$. I told him that i wanted to pay more inline of what the offer I signed up for was 70.00$. i didn't feel right not paying for my service. I went home and checked online and could not bring up the service I had originally signed up for. i am not sure what happened and was sorry I had not printed the offer out. I purchased top off the line cx5 and would like to have service done at a fair price to everyone. Thank you scott jones

The G.T. model is the one to get due to content. Lots of plastic, though. Had to find & fix various interior rattles (used felt pieces). Very sporty handling- nice highway flyer. Great MPG for size.
Great experience as this was my first time there. Rick did a great job by getting everything set up and ordered in the timely manner.
Smoothest ride of any car I’ve owned.

Such a smooth drive. I drive a ton for work and I love the luxurious inner cabin. Great Bose sound system too. Great navigation system and blue tooth compatibility allows me to use Waze easily. As a realtor that is very important.
Dave went above and beyond to ensure the service experience was a positive one. He was very informative and communicative during the entire repair. The repair was significant and took longer than expected. Dave made arrangements for a loaner car so I would not be inconvenienced. Thank you Dave!

This car has exeeded all of my expectations. It is comfortable, quiet, and has great acceleration. All of the features, including radar cruise control and other electronic safety devices are awesome. To get these features in other cars you need to buy a top of the line package, but, in Mazda they are in all of them. I love my car.
Looking for a new SUV and ended up with a new Rogue. I love it, it handles so nice. We ended up buying it in a rain storm so it really got the full test. Jesse was our salesman and he was so confident and explained so much that for us it was a no brainer. Thank you Jesse you helped me make the right decision.

I purchased this car over a year ago as a certified dealer demo. I had been driving Subarus and other SUV's. The Subarus have uncomfortable seats. The CX-9 has very comfortable seats, great driving dynamics. Plenty of power with the turbo and the most quiet car I have owned. It is also a beautiful design especially in Soul red.
I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. I???m so glad I chose this dealership for my new vehicle and will definitely be using Ken Pollock dealerships in the future!

This is exactly what I was looking for. All leather interior, sunroof for when I'm cruising, Bluetooth GPS, Pearly white and cruising in style. I'm so excited!!
My Frist Toyota! Stopped in out of a whim after shopping Cabela's on the other side of RT. 61, after dealing with a salesman who was out for a walk around the build during his break I ended up with a good deal almost $2000 less than any of the dealers in the Lehigh Valley with NO PRESSURE to buy right then and there. I Left and tried to bet the deal and after 3 weeks I went back and bought the 4Runner. Their service department has treated my wife and I great every time we've taken the 4Runner in for regular service. Only Problem I've had was a damaged center cap on a wheel which they replaced with no question. MINOR, Compared to some of the problems I had at other dealerships I've dealt with in my 40 + years of driving and I've dealt with all the major brand names, non-brand name, large and small sized dealers. I Would recommend Freedom Toyota in Hamburg to my family and friends!

I had a 2015 RAV4 Limited and find the 2018 CX5 Touring to be a much nicer car. The fit and finish is excellent, it exudes luxury. The safety features are excellent. Legroom all around is very good. I like the lines of the car better than the Toyota. I cannot comment on this model's reliability but am trusting to Mazda's very good reputation. I am very happy with my purchase.
I've had experience with most of the car dealerships in my area. I have to say that Freedom Toyota in Hamburg, PA, is a "different kind of dealership" compared to what I've experienced in the past. Both the sales and service personnel at Freedom Toyota are extremely helpful and patient when it comes to purchases, routine service, and diagnosing problems. They are definitely customer oriented rather than just trying to sell you services and products you don't need to make more money. I even brought my other Toyota vehicle purchased at another Toyota dealership to Freedom Toyota when I was having problems. They quickly diagnosed the problems and made only the necessary repairs. I have been driving Toyotas since 1988 and look forward to my next vehicle purchase at Freedom Toyota when the time comes. To me, it's worth driving the extra distance to Hamburg for a better sales and service experience.

The look and feel of this car is great. It rides smooth and quiet. The infotainment system is easy to navigate. Has great features like blind spot, cross traffic, lane departure alert and voice command. Our youngest is still seating in his car seat rear facing so it does take up a bit of space in the back seat and doesn’t dive the person in the front seat much leg room plus we wish the trunk space was a little bigger but it gets the job done. Once we flip the car seat around it will add much more space to the front passenger to lean back.
