It was very welcoming and no pushy sales. The sales man was knowledgeable about the vehicle as well as the process of purchasing, and all the way up to insurance and registration requirements.

I love my car. The tech in is car is ridiculous. I makes it seem your driving a spaceship(dad's words) with the two 10ich screen in the front. The feature set complements the car as well. With different mode to boot. I could be any happier with my purchase.

This is the best dealership I have ever worked with. Mike was a honest joy to work with. He was knowledgeable and excellent at his job but most of all he treated us like family. My dad and I actually had a great time in a process that has been dull and stressful in past experiences when purchasing elsewhere. Mike went above and beyond for us, continuing to offer excellent service and for me to reach out for anything even after I left the lot! The trade in on my old car was made extremely simple while also test driving and discussing options for my next vehicle. The technology in this vehicle is superb! I have the AMG blackout line with the upgraded Burmester stereo. I will say I'm not sure I can tell the difference between the upgraded stereo and the standard? Other than that, the large iPhone look on the dash is pretty neat. It connects to my Android and everything is voice activated. The placement of the Android auto plug is little irritating right behind the cup holder in this car versus the other Mercedes where it was inside of the center console. The interior, although with a retro type look with the black and red leather, with silver touches, the silver seems a bit cheap looking in my opinion. Plenty of front seat room! A bit firm for the seating but I'm pretty sure this will last me a long time without having any leather issues. This car gets very zippy in sport mode, I love it! Econ mode is great for my long commute on the freeway. I'm averaging around 32 mpg for both city/highway combined. I haven't driven it long enough to determine a true reliability.... But I did have to have my brakes/rotors replaced under warranty--they were thinking it's a manufacturer's type defect so I sure hope so!

It was a very good experience, the car was detailed and fully gassed waiting for us, paperwork was done before we got there so it was waiting for us to sign and drive 👍

They are really helpful and nice. They help after you purchase the car. They are giving you honest advise for the car and they treat you pretty well.

I would give ten stars if we could. We had awful experiences just during our shopping process, at so many MB dealerships (lying about cars in stock, sales people with zero knowledge about their vehicles, and just really poor communication). We are so glad though because it led us to finding my dream car at MB FW, and the sale manager Matt M. communicated and made the deal come together quickly, he was fair, and transparent. He answered car questions and helped at least half a dozen times with my questions AFTER the purchase. Our sales associate Brittany (Meghan Markle twin) - she was SO kind, and SO patient. I was coming from a car that was almost 20 years old so my learning curve was steep. When we arrived she spent no less than an HOUR going through every last single button on the car and setting everything up for my preferences. She knew the car inside and out. We were floored, and didn't expect it but appreciated it beyond what we knew at the time because it was alot for my husband and I, both coming from our college cars that were before cars became so high tech. We appreciated her knowledge, after coming from another dealership where we tried to buy a car, but the sales woman couldn't answer ANYTHING, and kept pushing us towards a car she had in stock, when we had explained a bench versus captain seats were a non negotiable. We would have stayed with her for the search but she could not answer a single question about the car and also thought it was an electric vehicle until we pointed out it was a gas powered car with a battery feature. We lost out confidence at that moment. My husband and I buy and keep cars for the long haul and although car buying is an awful process usually, MB FW (Matt and Brittany specifically, went above and beyond on numerous occasions for us to make it a smooth transaction both before AND after purchase which is when you really learn about a sales persons character. We are so grateful.

I do not provide feedback to anyone unless the experience was excellent (Prior bad experiences). My experience at Napleton was excellent! Jessica, Brian and Julian were friendly, personable and yet professional. Email responses were timely and addressed any concerns or questions I had. The ppf was a late minute addition that was quickly addressed so that the car could be picked up on schedule. The car was prepared and detailed, looked new (CPO). The hospitality was very accommodating. The show room was filled with some really impressive cars. Overall a I left with a very satisfying experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone.
