Let me start off by saying that the facility was exceptional. I was helped by Saif. He went out of his way to provide pictures before I made my trip up from San Diego. I didn’t end up getting the vehicle, but I did appreciate all the efforts that the dealership made to make the experience comfortable for me and my wife. They were very transparent and upfront with pricing for the vehicle I was looking at and I felt like they were actually being honest salesman. They also didn’t pressure me into a sale. Just left Herman Cook this afternoon with a pre-owned Jetta 2016. Today's purchase was my third trip to Herman Cook over the past two weeks. It was a big decision for us to purchase a VW after having been Toyota owners for so many years. I appreciate the fact that the sales team honored our need to test drive multiple cars and make multiple trips to the dealership to arrive at our decision. No one was pushy or tried to contact us with a sales pitch in the interim. We worked with both Frank and Jodi, who both demonstrated knowledge of the VW product line and honest feedback about all of the pre-owned inventory of which we were interested. I'm a neurotic shopper who asks lots of questions and who test drove seven different cars on the lot; Frank and Jodi were patient and resourceful in the process. The purchase was no-haggle. Rightly so. Look for yourself and you'll see that Herman Cook's vehicles are priced well below other dealerships in San Diego County, Orange County and San Bernardino County. The pre-owned, certified Jetta we purchased was priced at about $1500 lower than the lowest priced comparable vehicle listed elsewhere. One of the reasons we chose to purchase a VW is that we live locally in Encinitas and want to have a trustworthy/convenient place where we could take it for maintenance. We clearly found the right automotive home in this dealership.

2019 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.
