Great car dealer with very good quality cars. The employees have good experience and will guide you to purchase a good quality car.
2019 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

Jack Goldberg is the best and got me the best deal on my new Mercedes! I live in NYC and when I first went to a dealership near my house they didn’t have much inventory and I’m addition didn’t really care much. I called Ray Catena and was able to find the best deal possible with the lowest monthly payment possible. Jack gave me additional 100 miles for free to make up for the travel time. I am so happy with his service and will definitely refer him to friends and colleagues! Also his associate Sean was fantastic as well Showing me all The cool features of the new car! Great job!!!

This dealership and service department go above and beyond in the quality of work that they do! I am a TV Executive and have very little time on my hands with all the projects I work on. I am truly grateful that this dealership works so hard to continue to make me the happy customer I am!!! Kevin Malone is the BEST service advisor I have ever worked with, and I will only do business with him! I also enjoy working Leslie for my loaner vehicles and seeing Nikki’s smiling face at the front desk! Keep up the good work team! I have referred lots of my fellow colleagues and family members to this place, and they feel the same way I do!

Mercedes-Benz of Northlake review
"I visit Charlotte a few months out of the year, and North Lake Mercedes-Benz has become my go-to stop whenever my Mercedes needs anything. Whether it's a quick service or something more involved. Aimie always make sure everything is taken care of. She communicates clearly, follows through and makes the whole process easy- Even when I'm on a tight schedule. The team consistently executes and I always feel welcome here.

Just purchased a used car. Perfect experience! ANASTASIA was great. Alex was honest and straight forward. Highly recommend this dealership. No games or crazy sales tactics. Will definitely be back.

2020 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
Absolutely love it, loaded with features including self parking. Sports car with different drive modes and yet luxury comfortable. So far not a single issue, very reliable. Highly recommend.
