I had a great experience working with Alex Jones at Mercedes-Benz of Westwood when purchasing my new vehicle. Alex was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. He made everything straightforward and delivered an excellent customer experience. What stood out most was Alex’s ability to communicate clearly, understand my needs, build trust, and follow through on his commitments. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for a professional who values integrity, understands people, and knows how to deliver results. If you’re looking to connect with someone who brings professionalism, relationship-building skills, and a thoughtful approach to business, Alex Jones is someone worth knowing.

I had my GLC serviced (oil change, and inspection sticker) on a recent Saturday. Patrick T, the service manager, walked me thru the upcoming maintenance that would be needed and provided me with my options. Patrick, as always, was professional and extremely knowledgeable I personally saw him discussing my vehicle with the mechanic performing the service. Patrick then gave me an honest assessment for future maintenance Best service department in the state for a Mercedes.

Mercedes-Benz of Portsmouth review
As first-time customers, our experience at Mercedes-Benz of Portsmouth was exceptional right from the first phone call. I told my initial contact (Bethany) what pre-owned vehicles I was interested in, and a time I was planning to visit. When I arrived both vehicles were parked next to the show room waiting. We were greeted by Nick in Sales, given a brief overview of the 2 vehicles and then given the keys to take them for a test drive. For all 3 of our test drive visits the vehicles were waiting, normally running, and always nice and clean. We were never rushed, and there was never any pressure to choose, or make an offer. All questions were answered quickly and thoroughly and all information about the vehicles and vehicle histories was transparent. We were never steered towards any particular choice. Negotiations were quick and straightforward. We picked up the vehicle on a very cold day. It was sitting in the showroom perfectly detailed and all warm. Everything promised was delivered - even the front Weathertek mats! Finalizing the deal was a breeze (thank you Paul) - again very straightforward and transparent. These folks like what they do and it does seem they are allowed to do whatever they can to accommodate their customers. Very nice experience!

I hate having to buy a new car. I hate trading in an old car. I always felt like it was a necessary painful experience, like a root canal. But this was different. I felt listened to. I didn?t feel as though I was at a terrible disadvantage. The salesman is one of the nicest people I?ve met. I feel like we are friends. This was a big purchase for me wI spent a LOT of time trying to figure out what I wanted. I LOVE this car, and feel like they really want me to be happy. I dreaded this process, and yet it ended up being painless, and I am so happy. Group1 pricing meant I didn?t have to haggle. I got a decent value, and they got a really well-cared for trade in.

Mercedes-Benz of PortsmouthReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Portsmouth review
I recently bought a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes-Benz E 450 at Mercedes-Benz of Portsmouth. It was a very nice experience working with Cynthia Acorace, my sales associate. When I picked up the car, they let me know that it was missing the key to the locking lug nuts, but they were ordering a new kit and would let me know when it was ready. Cynthia sent word to me that the kit came in and I could come at my convenience and a tech would change the locking lug nuts and give me the new key. I went in yesterday, and Cynthia took me to the service area where Cory Counsil was supervising the department. When Cynthia explained why we were there, Cory sighed and explained that there was a problem with the service software, and they had allowed all the techs to go home early. Cynthia escorted me to the customer lounge where I had a complimentary cup of fresh brewed coffee, and began to browse through the gift area where they sell Mercedes logo shirts, key chains, and coffee mugs. After a moment, I looked out the window and saw that Cory himself was changing my locking lug nuts. Within moments, Cory had gone the extra mile, and, even though there were no techs working, he took care of things personally and came to find me, telling me it was ready. Cynthia, caught up with me before I left and was concerned to see if I had any questions about the car, now that I had been driving for the first week after buying it. I did have some questions about the automated parking features and how to use the shift paddles. At that point, another sales associate, Ben Lamont, came over and gave me an encyclopedic dissertation on how the parking assist feature worked, and then he showed me how I could easily get in and out of manual mode with the shift paddles. Ben's enthusiasm for Mercedes automobiles was evident, and he made me really feel good about my purchase. From when I was first visiting the dealer, as an off the street shopper, browsing the inventory of cars, through the sales experience, and now as a customer needing help, I have visited this dealership a half dozen times over a 3 to 4 week period. During all those visits, everyone has treated me like a VIP. I was never made to wait, and any concerns I had were taken seriously and addressed immediately. I would recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for an upscale car, and tell you to ask for Cynthia or Ben.

Peter Derby is worth his weight in gold. I live in France and he was brilliant, he sent me a picture of the parts to confirm the correct ones, arranged delivery to Portsmouth confirmed their arrival before charging me anything. Once paid ,confirmed that they were sent job done! All done in a calm professional maner. Perfect 11/10

I would like to thank Randy Wheeler for his very professional and helpful assistance while we navigated the purchase of my daughter’s first car for her 16th birthday. Randy was knowledgeable and accommodating throughout the process and was instrumental in coordinating all details for us to allow for the surprise reveal of the car to my daughter. Thank you Randy! I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a car to work with Randy.

Kaitlyn Forry as service advisor was great. Provided loaner car to allow for ease of service. The environment of the dealership was very welcoming. I purchased my vehicle at a different dealership but relocated to Hanover after moving. I have been very pleased with my experience at Hanover.
