Paul Donahue is wonderful!!! This was the best car shopping and buying experience I have ever had. No pressure, told Paul what I was looking for, payment limit and he went out in the pouring rain and found my car. Everyone at Mercedes -Benz of Little Rock was very professional, kind and helpful. Made me feel like I was part of their family. Highly recommend.
I needed to reset my mbrace and Kym Phillips worked with Matthew and had the problem solved in one day. This has been an issue for over a month, but my highest compliment goes to the outstanding kind Customer Service I get each time from Kym. She is the friendliest rep I ever worked with. Service was done fast and friendly. Thank you I had to replace my bmw emblem last month and it came off in the wash bay. I had to go find it myself. I priced replacement of them emblem in parts department and it was over 5 times marked up from eBay. I was told it was a different part but upon inspection of both, it was the same. I left with leaving the impression that the person I spoke with was correct about it being a different kind of part. Some times simple things make no difference and the feeling of being superior matter more to some than others. Just a note. Antwon was not responsible for any of this. He was super and made me feel like I should have stayed speaking with him instead of pointing out the emblem as missing to the most available person in service once I noticed the problem.
Took my CLK 350 in to repair a headlight & check out AC system. The service person told me I needed to replace the rear tires and AC motor. Picked the car up and paid $1,900. I was told the headlight was working. I drove a few blocks and noticed the headlight was still not working. The service took 6 days and still no headlight repair. I took the car back and waited a weekend and a couple more days for a headlight replacement which was $500. I was never offered a loaner car.
Staff was very helpful, made all my requests happen.

Traded soon to be 5 year old truck for new truck. Juan was on top of his game. Got my payment where I needed it to be. My sales tax was close to 300.00 more than I expected but Steven Williams in finance helped me get longer to pay it. Overall a very good experience!
The staff in Little Rock are friendly and professional. My assigned service assistant is Kym. Over the visits, she has gotten to know me and my quirks. She???s a good communicator. She???s knowledgeable about the business. I couldn???t be happier.
From the time we stepped on the lot we had a great experience. Joey Sullivan greeted us and was fantastic. This is the second car we have bought with him. Everyone from management (Kevin) to the FI were very professional.
Everything was customer oriented and first class. It was a solid buying experience.
