They were very prompt, polite and professional. Very low pressure. A very good experience. I would recommend.

11.8 liters on 100km on highway. No chances to modify to reduce fuel consumption. My Audi A8 Long is more comfortable, smooth driving, cluster panel easier to understand. More luxury. The GL has no spaces behind front seats. No luxury in the back.

2013 Mercedes-Benz GL-Class review
This truck looks like a beast but runs and handles like a full size sports car. The air suspension works great when its packed with all our camping gear. This truck is sharp enough for a black tie event and tough enough to go camping. Very happy with my truck.

LSM Cars review
2015 Mercedes-Benz GL-Class review
This GL450 a 5,000+lb 7 passenger SUV that's built like a bank vault, yet somehow gets 21 mpg and accelerates on the highway effortlessly. I guess that's what you pay for with a Mercedes. This car is quiet, fast, and incredibly comfortable for long rides. When the snow gets deep (we live in the mountains of upstate NY), the car can raise an extra few inches with the push of a button. 4wd traction is as good as my old 4Runner, which had much beefier tires. The electronic traction control ensures zero drama - just push the pedal and point where you want to go and the car just goes through whatever road surface you encounter. It's really a phenomenal example of engineering. I keep up on the maintenance and parts when they wear out (the air struts get worn at about 70k miles, and I regularly do my brakes, oil changes, and alignments) and she's still running beautifully at 80k miles. She feels very safe, comfortable, fast. Will keep this car as long as I can.

Good sales guy for my Lexus ES 350 drives nice. Murphy Murphy Murphy ask for Murphy. He will get you the best deal. No doubt
2016 Mercedes-Benz GL-Class review
The GL450 is a roomy vehicle with a usable 3rd row that quickly folds away flush into the floor for spacious cargo room. The car is stable on smooth roads and comfortable, potholes, man-hole covers and other obstacles in the road can cause the suspension to jump around a little more than expected...the rear will jump over a few inches one way or another, but overall it drives well. Acceleration isn't what it used to be with the larger twin turbo V-8, but it's still very respectable. The biggest advantage and worth the trade-off is the much improved fuel economy. Front seating is sufficient, not spectacular though...I've take a few 700 plus mile trips and I'm happy with the comfort level, just wish the front seat bases could tilt a little higher in the front. Gauges and instruments and radio are easy to use and fall within reach...the temperature controls could be a little more modern for a 2016 instead of the rotary dial...but they work. NOT a fan of the transmission shifting on the column...it frees up the center console, but it's easy to confuse early on with blinkers, wipers, etc. The seats are heated but at this price, they should also be ventilated/cooled. I haven't had it long enough for reliability, but from what I've read it's decent. Towing capacity is 7500#...I have not tried that yet, but would think that's a little more than an SUV this size should be towing...my intentions will be much smaller adventure trailers and possibly a boat, but no large car haulers even though they may fall within or under 7500#. I'm looking forward to this car as it's my first Mercedes, a departure from our Audi and BMW stable of cars we own and have owned in the past.

Buying a vehicle can be stressful but DJ makes the whole experience so much easier. He will walk you through everything from start to finish and answer all your questions. He went through all the warranty options and doesn't push the most expensive one. He listens to what you want and will help you find the best option. He genuinely cares about the commitment you're about to make and is honest so if you need a vehicle go see DJ! We have not purchased yet (currently browsing). We do not currently need a third vehicle for a few more months and waiting to see if they get in another Defender.

very pleased with the service. Customer service is very friendly and helpful. Maggie is our go to representative, if she isn't around, we feel that the staff is just as helpful and courteous. It is also great how they appreciate the military (discount on services). We feel that they are honest. it is very easy to book appointments (online or phone) Would definitely recommend!

Mercedes-Benz of Valencia review
Exceptional service from a team that truly cares!” I want to thank Evette, Kurt and Jonathan for the excellent level of customer service we received. A smile goes a long way and these three were very personable. I communicated some concerns and these three in particular made me feel valued and heard. Unfortunately, I did not plan accordingly and I have to go back, but I do so knowing I’m in good hands. I truly hope ownership sees this review because ,”These employees set the gold standard for what customer service should be. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care made my experience outstanding. Every company should strive to have a team like this.” I will continue to give feedback on my services here. Thank you all!
2014 Mercedes-Benz GL-Class review
I bought a 2014 GL550 based on cargo room, comfort, performance and reliability. This vehicle is quick and has room for seven adults. Easy to get in and out and not too big to park. Powerful twin turbo V8 gets up and goes and has every luxury possible.

Mercedes-Benz of Valencia review
I recently purchased a Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van from Valencia Mercedes Benz Dealership, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the entire experience. Ethan Zinshteyn and Sales Manager Daniel Medina provided exceptional service from start to finish. Ethan was incredibly knowledgeable about the Sprinter Van and took the time to understand my specific needs. He patiently answered all my questions and ensured I was comfortable with my decision. His professionalism and attention to detail made the buying process smooth and enjoyable. Daniel Medina, the Sales Manager, also played a pivotal role in my purchase. He worked diligently to secure the best possible deal and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with every aspect of the transaction. His commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. The team at Valencia Mercedes Benz Dealership exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend Ethan Zinshteyn, Daniel Medina, and the entire dealership for anyone looking to purchase a Mercedes Benz. Their dedication to excellence and customer service is unmatched!
