Mercedes-Benz of Scottsdale review
Great Service, I was told in other dealerships to wait between 6 and 12 months to get a GLE, Phil from Mercedes of Scottsdale found a brand new GLE in 30 minutes, not only the one I was looking for, but also with AMG accessories. When I picked the SUV, Phil also included all weather mats for me. Definitely a great purchasing experience!

Mercedes-Benz of North Scottsdale review
Mercedes Benz of North Scottsdale is an incredible Dealership. While we are from Seattle, we visit AZ a lot. We shopped Seattle for our first car, and they did not have the inventory that this dealership does. We purchased that car with Lenor and what an incredible, enjoyable experience that was. We just purchased our second car with Lenor and we cannot thank him and the dealership enough. Lenor is the greatest salesman we have ever worked with. He makes purchasing a car a really great, no worry experience. We sought him out again to purchase this car. We highly appreciate his calm nature and welcoming personality. Thank you so much Lenor, see you again next year!!!

My wife and I were looking for a new car. We were directed to Lenore. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He helped us to find the exact car we really wanted. Also, our finance guy was Joe Shannon and he was extremely polite and helpful. I would absolutely buy another Mercedes from Mercedes of North Scottsdale. I absolutely love my new car. Thank you Rob H

Mercedes-Benz of Gilbert review
What a fantastic experience at this dealership! I worked with Jonathon Harris and Christian Gresens, and both were outstanding—professional, friendly, and a genuine pleasure to deal with from start to finish. No one here was pushy or high-pressure; the entire team made the process easy and enjoyable. We even had the chance to meet the owner, who was just as warm and welcoming. Christian delivered my car today and did an exceptional job walking me through every feature. He took the time to make sure I felt completely comfortable and confident with the vehicle. We highly recommend both the people and the dealership. Truly a great experience all around!

Mercedes-Benz of Gilbert review
I recently leased the all new E53 AMG wagon from Mercedes-Benz of Gilbert and the experience from start to finish was smooth, friendly and the best car buying experience I've ever had. Everyone I worked with was knowledgeable and provided the best customer service experience of any dealership I have purchased from. I received the best pricing and great trade in values for both of my cars. I felt very confident that I received a great deal without the headache of excessive back and forth negotiations. I cannot say enough good things and have since referred several friends to buy from them and they've all said the same thing.

Mercedes-Benz of Gilbert review
Experience was good with our sales rep. Not much interaction with anyone else. No greetings except for sales rep. Chris in finance did paperwork but too a while longer than expected.

Mercedes-Benz of GeorgetownReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown review
I have been purchasing vehicles from Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown for almost eight years, and there is a reason I continue to come back. The level of service has consistently been impeccable from sales to financing and, most importantly, long after the purchase. I especially want to recognize Sarah in the Service Department. She is always professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely makes you feel taken care of. Having someone you trust when your vehicle needs service makes such a difference, and Sarah represents exactly the kind of customer care that has kept me loyal to Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown all these years. From buying the car to financing it to keeping it on the road, I have consistently had a wonderful experience. Eight years later, they continue to earn my business and my recommendation. Five stars!

My overall experience couldn?t have been better. Hats off to Tom my service writer and the mechanic that did the work. The other employees I interacted with were also very courteous and professional.
