Mercedes-Benz of Scottsdale review
I will highly recommend MB Scottsdale to those who want to purchase brand new or second hand MB from. Their services from sales to maintenance are incredibly professional, friendly and open. Even though some inventories are not with them, but they still try the best to arrange and organize with the other MB dealer in order to help you to receive the best service. Sale resp Landon and service manager Dustin are awesome. Because of their services, we have become MB "family".

My wife and I were looking for a new car. We were directed to Lenore. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He helped us to find the exact car we really wanted. Also, our finance guy was Joe Shannon and he was extremely polite and helpful. I would absolutely buy another Mercedes from Mercedes of North Scottsdale. I absolutely love my new car. Thank you Rob H

Mercedes-Benz of North Scottsdale review
Mercedes Benz of North Scottsdale is an incredible Dealership. While we are from Seattle, we visit AZ a lot. We shopped Seattle for our first car, and they did not have the inventory that this dealership does. We purchased that car with Lenor and what an incredible, enjoyable experience that was. We just purchased our second car with Lenor and we cannot thank him and the dealership enough. Lenor is the greatest salesman we have ever worked with. He makes purchasing a car a really great, no worry experience. We sought him out again to purchase this car. We highly appreciate his calm nature and welcoming personality. Thank you so much Lenor, see you again next year!!!

Great Service, I was told in other dealerships to wait between 6 and 12 months to get a GLE, Phil from Mercedes of Scottsdale found a brand new GLE in 30 minutes, not only the one I was looking for, but also with AMG accessories. When I picked the SUV, Phil also included all weather mats for me. Definitely a great purchasing experience!

Paul Mosca was extremely kind. I found a vehicle that I fell in love with and he made sure I was leaving the lot with it. Typically you have a salesman who just wants to sell you anything to make money but in this case he understood my needs and made sure the vehicle made sense before I drove off in it. Thank you Paul!

What a fantastic experience at this dealership! I worked with Jonathon Harris and Christian Gresens, and both were outstanding—professional, friendly, and a genuine pleasure to deal with from start to finish. No one here was pushy or high-pressure; the entire team made the process easy and enjoyable. We even had the chance to meet the owner, who was just as warm and welcoming. Christian delivered my car today and did an exceptional job walking me through every feature. He took the time to make sure I felt completely comfortable and confident with the vehicle. We highly recommend both the people and the dealership. Truly a great experience all around!

Mercedes-Benz of GilbertReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Gilbert review
I recently leased the all new E53 AMG wagon from Mercedes-Benz of Gilbert and the experience from start to finish was smooth, friendly and the best car buying experience I've ever had. Everyone I worked with was knowledgeable and provided the best customer service experience of any dealership I have purchased from. I received the best pricing and great trade in values for both of my cars. I felt very confident that I received a great deal without the headache of excessive back and forth negotiations. I cannot say enough good things and have since referred several friends to buy from them and they've all said the same thing.

The sales process at Mercedes Benz of Scottsdale is wonderful. No games, no tricks, no broken promises. Jay and Vern run a first class organization and Chris B. is a top notch salesman.

CarMax San Gabriel Valley/DuarteReviews
CarMax San Gabriel Valley/Duarte review
I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!
