2010 Mercedes-Benz M-Class review
This car is great overall but only has one problem. I bought this car July 2023 for around 9k with 90k miles from Florida. The car was in perfect condition with only a minor things broken. From the beginning, I really liked the ride and some of the features like the back up camera. I have the regular ml350 not the diesel and mine is RWD. The only problem is the gas mileage and how much it costs to fill up. I usually drive around in the city about 85% of my driving and I get around 10-11 MPG while it said I am supposed to get around 16 MPG so that mean that I get around 240-260 miles of range on every tank which costs more or less 100$ from empty to full tank. This full tank lasts me 2 weeks and that's crazy expensive for a V6. This car eats gas like a V8. But that's really my only complaint apart from the fact that I changed a lot of the lights in this car because it keeps going out like tail lights and turns signals etc.

After checking all around for a lightly used Honda or Toyota minivan, I settled on CarMax since they had the ability to transfer several possible cars from nearby stores. I requested a transfer from Birmingham and it arrived earlier than promised. I test drove it, waited a week to make a final decision and made the purchase. The whole transaction was done professionally and without any extra sales pressure or tactics. This is the 2nd car in the last 6 years I've bought from CarMax and I'd certainly shop them again.
2015 Mercedes-Benz M-Class review
We looked for a smaller replacement for our 2000 Navigator (16 years and 234,000 miles) and finally chose a 2015 ML350. This is by far the best car we've owned in our 60+ years of existence. COmfortable, decent mileage, all the bells & whistles we need and the perfect size. Quick to freeway speed, cruises well at 80. Not looking to replace this one for a while. One caveat - maintenance is not cheap.

2015 Mercedes-Benz M-Class review
I first learned about the ML350 4matic from a best friend who purchased one back in 2009. He had returned from Iraq and bought one used his first day back in the U.S. He still has that car and it has 325K miles on it and it's running great still. That completely sold me on their reliability (at least for the gasoline engine, not the bluetec diesal). I've met several other ML owners who've experienced the exact same thing with their cars well over 200K and running strong. It's like an inside secret that they're one of the most durable SUV's ever made. Besides being extremely reliable (haven't had even a single issue go wrong), this car is a complete joy to drive everywhere (highway/city) in ANY kind of weather. I live in Denver and travel up to our mountains regularly, and this handles ice, snow, DEEP snow like it was nothing. It makes driving on icy snow-packed roads actually fun due to the confidence it inspires with it's AWD. In short, this is truly one of the best SUVs ever made by ANY manufacturer, and I've driven them all. I can't give it enough praise as it just does everything exceptionally well.

When we first started looking for a car, I wasn’t in any rush—I had a couple of months and just wanted to explore options. Guy was outside enjoying the weather when we arrived, and right away he was friendly, easygoing, and really listened to what I needed. I explained I was looking for a practical four-door sedan for when my grandchildren visit. Most of the inventory leaned toward SUVs, Jeeps, and sports cars, but Guy took the time to work with what I actually wanted instead of trying to push something else. We did test drive one of the new SUVs, and while it was nice, it just wasn’t the right fit. He kept looking and then suggested a BMW 5 Series. The moment I sat in it, I fell in love—even though I wasn’t planning to buy yet. We went home, talked it over, and realized the price was incredible—about $10,000–$15,000 less than similar BMW 5 Series models we had seen. We came back the next day, and Guy was there just like he said he would be. What really stood out was his communication—he stayed in touch, but never overdid it. It was the perfect balance and made the whole process feel comfortable and pressure-free. The car initially came with one key, but Guy stayed on top of it and tracked down the second key within a few days, even texting me personally to let me know.
