My husband & I, both in our mid-seventies, recently purchased a 2025 Mini Cooper. Its technology systems are far, far more sophisticated than what was available on the 2016 Mini we traded in. When we saw that a software update was available we tried to figure out how to go about accomplishing that update, but found outselves stuck. We knew that if we headed to Mini of Montgomery we’d get some help with the update. We were lucky enough to be graciously & skillfully assisted by Jay Duck. With incredible patience, Jay walked us through how to accomplish the software update, pausing patiently while I jotted down notes so we’d know how to handle the next update. Jay also took the time to help us explore & understand other aspects of the new Mini’s impressive technology. We felt far more confident in our ability to use & enjoy our new car thanks to Jay’s thorough, thoughtful approach. I really liked the car. Lots of “extras”, had a manual and automatic transmission option which was unexpected and fun. The body had a few dings, but it is 8 years old so some marks are to be expected.

This is a great sports car. It has a retractable hardtop, so it like having a small coupe as well as a convertible at the same time, in less than 25 seconds you can go from one to the other. I find them very much problem free and fun to drive.
