Incredibly enjoyable to drive. Quiet even on highways. There was a lot of attention to detail put into the car. Everything is well placed and easy to use.

Rides like an S-Class (air suspension).
Handles better than anything it's size.
Strong diesel engine.
Simple infotainment system compared to modern cars.
Simple engine systems compared to modern cars.
Diesel engine is used all over Europe as a taxi cab (and cars used as taxis tend to be some of the most reliable, because they have to be.)
Suspension can be raised; this is useful in Houston when it floods!
Lots and lots of room!
Likely will need repairs as it get older/more miles. But, I bought it for only $14k, so what can I expect.
Some plastic creaking. But, what can you expect from an older German car? You get something with a sophisticated suspension, but they pay less attention to creaking plastics.
I purchased a vehicle this summer from ES Motors. The price was right, customer service was good. However, I was told the vehicle has been serviced and two outstanding recalls had been taken care of. I was also told the oil had been changed. After getting home I checked the fluid levels and found all the levels were low. The engine coolant was very low. I did not see any coolant in the overflow reservoir. The oil level was a half quart low so I'm not sure if the oil actually was changed. I checked the manufactures site to confirm the recalls were done. Of course the recalls showed as incomplete. I should have checked closer before purchasing the vehicle and I would have requested it be serviced. I have taken care of the recalls.

Car is equipped with android 8.0, 8 inch touch screen, with harman kardon premium audio system. You can play YouTube, watch videos, play from spotify or browse internet.
We have purchased several Subaru???s from Gateway and every time we go there it???s like our extended family. Kevin Miller has been our salesman for the past 3 cars and would always ask for him. Will continue to recommend Gateway Subaru and give them the highest marks. Thanks again Sam

Better mileage than my Navigator with better performance. Great technology. High quality paint job. Very comfortable seats for long trips. I like the integration with my iPhone.
Good pleasant experience, salesman name was Noah good guy to deal with ,Vicki ,internet sales manager was great to deal with ,only issue was the finance guy who was nice at first, but when I said I was not getting any extra warranty with my purchase, he hurried up and got me out of there almost closed the door on me he is lucky I'm not like I used to be.

I remember a few years ago when I drove there in my beat up 20 year old car. I had never bought a car before and was nervous about it. I went to the dealer across the street first and he almost sent me out of there crying so I was really hesitant, but I couldn't deal with my car nickle and diming me anymore so I decided to give this place a try.
When I first met George Merritt, he immediately put me at ease. I cannot speak highly about him! He never pressured me into buying something out of my price range or needs. He was funny and nice and easy going. Being a single mom at the time one of the first things he said about the car he found for me was, "its safe and reliable and also has a big seat for the kids." WOW! and he even found a way for me to trade in my car for more than I thought I would get! He has become more than my car salesman, I consider him my friend.
After I got married I came in with my husband (who was also hesitant because he has had bad experiences in the past) But he was quickly reassured and we purchased another vehicle that suited our growing family more and my husband immediately thought he was great! I had an appointment with Tara Krauss to look at a used vehicle she had in her inventory. Tara is the online sales manager and is surrounded by an exceptional team of people that genuinely care about the person and not just about the sale.
Tara, Bill, George, Demetris, and Alex made our buying experience extremely pleasurable and one that we will never forget.
Tara and Bill made my daughters, along with my wife, feel like we were life long friends during the whole time of purchasing a vehicle. They were with us every step of the way to make sure that every "I" was dotted and "T" was crossed. Demetris stepped up and made sure that we were getting the best possible deal on our new vehicle, and Alex put smiles on my girls faces by giving them each a cool pair of Mercedes sunglasses.

From the time I purchased the car the brakes have squealed like a pig being tortured when they are cold. Brought it back and was told that they were aware of the situation and were waiting on a recall or fix. Okay, I can be patient. Several months later, nothing resolved. Talk to a different mechanic and he directs me to a fix that Mercedes is aware of! Take the vehicle back to Mercedes only to be told that since it's a wear item they don't cover it. Had I been told up front that they were not going to correct their problem I would not have kept the car. Oh well, lesson learned...back to Lexus!
I have lease 3 Mercedes Benz from Bob Sadler and Mercedes Benz of Salisbury. Every single time it has been outstanding!!! I will never utilize another dealership or salesperson. Knowledgeable, low pressure, honest and an overall fun experience! Pete Dunn

This car met all my expectations even much more than I thought it would be.And I personally think that this is one of the top cars that anyone can imagine.Very comforting a lot of leg room ,awesome visibility and much more.
I leased a C Class and an E Class from Mercedes Benz of Salisbury and both transactions were excellent. The staff really cares about customer service. The facility is clean and the service department is comfortable and again the people are top notch. I highly recommend them, great job Guys and Gals!

Best mileage, comfort, and driving distance. Would not change it, but job changed, no longer will be driving as much. Mainly was used to drive between hospitals. Most mileage was freeway, minimal city driving wear and tear.
You cannot ask for a better car buying experience. A nice family owned business; one of those businesses that reminds you of how life was when I was a little kid. Honest and no pressure, tons of "yes sir's" and "thank you's" . My truck is just like new and runs great. I would recommend Jim Lewis' to all of my family, friends, and co-workers.

My youngest first car when he was in school. Now he has a job and still driving the car with more than 200,000 miles on it. Its going!! He said he will wait till it give up on him, but will get another Mercedez when he's ready to get a new one.
