They give full pricing up front with no hidden fees; none of the "dealership, manager's new boat, owner's third vacation home fees." While this is nice for transparency, it does make it difficult if you are someone who wants to negotiate your price. The staff were very low pressure, making for a pleasant experience.

2015 Mercedes-Benz GL-Class review
We have owned our 2015 for two years now - got her used from a family member with about 55k miles. The car is comfortable, fast, huge, and gets great mileage for its size and weight - about 21mpg with a mix of city of highway miles and I'm shocked by that. This is the year they put the 3.0 liter twin turbo V6 in the GL450 - not sure what other years they did, but I highly recommend this engine. V6's are often marketed as having V8 power when they really don't, but this one absolutely has V8 power. It even sounds like a V8. You can certainly feel the car's heft on turns in country roads, but it weighs basically 3 tons fully loaded. It feels very safe and is super quiet inside - build quality is superb. It feels like a fast, luxury tank. I love it and I'm going to drive it as long as I possibly can.

2018 Mercedes-Benz AMG GLE 43 review
I have a 2019 GLE 43 AMG version. At roughly 45,000 miles, the car started making an intermittent rubbing sound when shifting through 1-3 gears under a slight load. Took it to the dealership. They hear the noise but cannot locate it. Power train Engineering is involved but simply said they knew of no issues. The problem has not been resolved. Has anyone else had a similar issue??

2020 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 review
I am a senior citizen and I want to feel secure while driving, and the SUV gives me that. I am on the short side so getting in and out was a new experience for me, but I learned how to manage it. Once, I found the seat setting the visibility is exceptionally good. It handles nicely on the road with quick pick-up, and the gas mileage is about average.

Exceptional Experience at Mercedes-Benz of Draper Working with Andrew Plumer, General Manager of Mercedes-Benz of Draper, completely restored my faith in the car-buying experience. Even though the Draper dealership did not have my exact color combination in stock, Andrew took the time to truly listen to what mattered to me. He never tried to push me in a different direction and instead reassured me that he would continue searching until we found the right vehicle. From the start, we worked transparently through the numbers. I came in informed about the incentives Mercedes-Benz was offering, and I was pleasantly surprised to see every applicable incentive already included in the initial paperwork — no pressure, no games, and no need for me to ask. That level of honesty immediately set Andrew apart. I’ve had a negative experience at another dealership in the past and honestly told myself I would never work with another dealership or salesperson again. Andrew completely changed that for me. He was patient, kind, and never once became frustrated — even knowing my expectations were specific and non-negotiable. Andrew, along with Corey, truly went above and beyond by locating my exact vehicle at a Mercedes-Benz dealership out of state and making it happen. When the car arrived, Corey made sure everything was absolutely perfect — the car was spotless, beautifully prepared, and he took the time to walk me through the features and ensure I was comfortable with how everything worked. This was, without question, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
