The service provided was very good and on time. They also updated the recall on the solfware. At the end as usual, the wash the car. The wait g area is very confortable with amenities.

I made an appointment for my Audi Q5 30,000 miles maintenance along with tire rotation and state inspection. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning and picked up later that day. William along with all the other associates working there were very pleasant and kindly explained everything that was done to my vehicle. Without me asking they fixed two recalls that had been issued! I highly recommend Audi Charlotte and can’t say enough great things about their customer service and honesty. This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

I absolutely love this compact SUV! Coming from a Subaru Outback, this is light years above and beyond for same year. A quiet cabin is my top want for buying a car. This cabin is quiet and relaxing inside. I’m tall and there is plenty of room. The seats are incredible! Can’t wait to take it on the roads in winter.

This SUV looks very cute, drives extremely well, highly maneuverable, very stable, and is easy to park anywhere. Its interior is fabulous. It remains stable in cross winds and in tight corners.

Have owned since new, 90,000 miles now, the only faults with the 250 that I have is no spare tire, and only a 16+ gallon fuel tank, the plus side (never had a flat) it gets great fuel mileage highway near 40, (right foot controlled) 25 around town, very torqu'e engine, zero problems with car, wish they still delivered a diesel in the USA,

It is a wonderful car. The interior is exceptional and the technology is state of the art. The drive is the best I have experienced in any car I have driven. Had the car for a short time and zero issues or problems. Overall a super luxury SUV. For the extra money and given the cost of new cars, the MB GLE 350 is worth the extra expense.

Clean facility with friendly staff. I admittedly went out of state to buy my M4 a few years ago as Hendrick, for whenever reason, didn't seem particularly interesting in ordering a vehicle to my specifications. Despite that issue with the sales department, the service department has been stellar. My most recent visit was to have reprogramming done as part of a service bulletin and the work was performed quicker than anticipated, which got me back to work in a timely manner. I'll continue to use Hendrick for service when needed.

I am a senior citizen and I want to feel secure while driving, and the SUV gives me that. I am on the short side so getting in and out was a new experience for me, but I learned how to manage it. Once, I found the seat setting the visibility is exceptionally good. It handles nicely on the road with quick pick-up, and the gas mileage is about average.
