Just received my Alpina B6 that I purchased sight unseen and had shipped to the East Coast. I couldn't find another B6 anywhere in the country with all of the options and a color I wanted. It is beautiful, as described. I found Horatiu to be frank and very helpful in walking me through the uncertainty of such an expensive purchase from 2500 miles away. He answered all of my questions quickly, helped set up the inspection at a local BMW dealer, made me a few extra keys for the wheels, and after the deal was done, money wired and car shipped, continued to be responsive when I had a question or needed additional paperwork. I am not a person who likes to bargain, so for me, knowing that he sets a price and sticks to it, was a definite plus! The car is currently at my BMW dealer, getting wrapped and snow tires and a few other extras, and it is getting admiring looks from customers and the BMW dealer employees. It seems there are corolla’s with transmission issue mine was replaced at 36k miles this is my ninth Toyota the first with big issue like that although my car was just out of warranty Toyota replaced the transmission i had to pay for labor

I bought a 2013 535i from NorthState Auto and it was the best car buying experience I ever had. First of all, our sales rep, Milo greeted us and we explained the type of car we were looking for. Within minutes we were out for a test drive and we were having a lot of fun. After we came back we discussed semantics about financing. It was a very relaxed environment and we were able to talk about everything we need to. Once we got down to business, Tim from finance stepped in and helped us further. He helped us understand in detail and answered all the further questions we had. We never felt pressured or anything to make a purchase as the sales reps don't work on commission. I personally have never been in a dealership that has that sort of work environment but I do have to say that it was very pleasing to not have someone pressure me into making a purchase. All in all Milo, Tim and the owner of the dealership(sorry I forgot your name good sir) were outstanding with their customer support and the ability to answer all the questions we had. Thank you guys again for everything.

I have this car for almost 6 years I have no major problem at all. We always use this for long drive and short heavy cargo. Excellent SUV.

25K trouble free miles so far. Everybody picks on the 55 kW maximum charge speed, but the car is so efficient that it still adds 100 mi in ½ an hour at a DC station. Imagine a 200 HP Fit, and you've got the idea. Zero dollars on maintenance/repair.

Super nice car full of luxuries and can be quite affordable since these cars are almost a decade old you just cant go wrong with the allroad.

1st time ever buying a car and not having buyers remorse. After researching Nissan Kicks I told Jay Sahar what I wanted and was willing to spend “out the door” price. He called me back the next day and said if you’re still in the market, I have your car. He picked me up from Bart in “my car”. It had all the safety features I required. Next up Tristan from Finance. I was paying cash but my wire xfer was a day late so I needed to put more than $2500 on my credit card. Tristan OK’d the extra $$ and I was on my way. I live in Oakland but traveling to Concord was well worth it. When I got home my son jumped for joy after seeing his new Nissan Kicks with the new car smell.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

I bought a 2022_NX 350. Rides great. Seats are really comfortable. My only complaint is that it requires premium gas and I've asked why many times. I've learned most of what I know on my own.

I love my Benz even tho it does have some common issues just like any other European vehicles. However, it’s a great car overall and I would recommend it!

The test driving process was super easy here. They let me go on my own so I can get the full experience of driving the car like it was my own. The route they recommended to go up the mountain was fun as well. Their inventory is a big mix of cars and depending on which one you would want to purchase, the driving experience up the mountain is great.

Perhaps the only car I have ever owned that has checked all the boxes so thoroughly. Fabulous performance, exquisitely luxurious, comfortable, and with everyday practicality. An exotic station wagon. This may be the car I buy and and leave for the kids to inherit!

Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

I chose the M package with 20" wheels because it presented a sporty look and a lower stance. Comfortable, quiet and very good gas milage. The rear hatch provides you SUV capacity without detracting from the style of the car. Very pleased with my choice
