I worked with Kevin from First TX Honda when I started inquiring about a specific car in Aug 2018. Two other area dealerships contacted me as well but stopped. Kevin was following up with calls and emails monthly letting me know their deals which caught my eye. He did not get to the point of annoying. Very responsive and gave me answers right away on what I was going to pay for my car plus TTL. With that info against other dealerships, I could negotiate until my husband and I were ready to buy a car this month (Nov). Kevin wasn???t too pushy, very friendly & professional and was definitely patient with us. He didn???t give up on us at all. We are very happy with our purchase of a 2018 Honda Accord Sport 2.0T. I was closely working with another dealership during the time of negotiation going back & forth and almost left where we previously bought our older car but First TX won out. They gave us exactly what we wanted and literally came down to color & mileage. Mike Broderick, the Team Lead, was great too and definitely gives great sales pitches!! Charlie Baldwin has a great, positive attitude and glad we ended the night there at Finance. Laid back and relates to people. I began this transaction online while just looking into the possibility of trading in my 2016 Honda Odyssey and upgrading. I just wanted to see what it would look like on paper. I went with First Texas Honda because of a prompt and accommodating (I requested text vs phone calls) response to my internet inquiry by Emily Upton and prompt follow ups to my responses. I went in to discuss and from the get go a felt taken care of and treat as a serious buyer even though I was really indecisive. Alex Herrera was tied up but greeted with me with a smile, explained the situation and got me set up with Aaron Garcia he said he worked with to co-sell. Aaron was very friendly and relaxed and walked me through all my options, and really accommodated my indecisiveness. He happily walked around (on an extremely hot Texas day I might add) showing me multiple colors, and trims of the same 2019 Odyssey just because i wanted to see all my options. Even after we had explored all the options, and test drove the 2019, he showed not even an ounce of frustration at all when I changed my mind at the very last minute and decided to look at a 2018 Elite which I ended up going with in the end. He ran the numbers again and showed me the comparison. At that point I was 100% happy with my decision on the van and we moved forward. I then dealt with Kristen Hiller, who was very personable to work with. She help me navigate through the recommendations for the options and very the reasons for her suggestions. She was both straightforward and willing to explain details to me, with no feeling of being rushed. To sum this up. I was in the dealership a while on a very busy weekend (Labor Day) with a very indecisive disposition, but the team of people I dealt with made me feel like I had all the time I needed to make sure I was absolutely happy with my decision and my investment. I have continued to get great service with prompt email responses to questions after the sale. Over all its been a great experience. The only thing I would have done different is looked at the accessory options earlier in my visit. Perhaps looked at some floor model examples of the accessories. I say this, as after a long sales decision your a little mentally not to mention financially worn out to start thinking of extra bells and whistles. Still their team helped me narrow down what they would recommend and made it work for me. Happy with the deal.

I have had my 2014 Jeep since August 2013 and I love it. I went in and gave them a list of what I wanted, and everything on my list was received. (Actually my 3rd Jeep Grand Cherokee.) Everyone here is so helpful and friendly. I live in New Braunfels, and appreciate that Nyle Maxwell Supercenter tries to take care of my service needs promptly, and I can schedule ahead of time. There is a large dealership in my home town, but I always come to Austin. Jonathan Kasper is great to work with, and if he isn't available I still get wonderful assistance in the Service department. My MINI Countryman is such a unique car that fulfills all my dreams about the model. I opted for the MINI because of its sporty ’go-kart’ handling and overall aesthetic design. More specifically I went with the Countryman because It’s a great adventure vehicle! Whether I’m off-roading, camping, or on my daily commute I always find myself smiling when driving this car. Without the Harmon Kardon sound system or MINI Connect I do think my stereo is a bit out dated for a 2014 model but it’s not a deal breaker for me. Overall, my MINI is such a versatile car that is reliable (given good care) and most importantly, so much fun to drive!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Troy was great to work with! Unlike many other dealerships, we didn't feel pressured or hovered over while we were considering all our options. Troy was knowledgeable and able to provide all the information we were looking for. He was was very patient with us, did not rush us toward a decision, and in the end was able to work with us on an incredible deal. We originally came in with our eyes on a certain vehicle that we were unable to find a match that fit all our criteria. Troy made a suggestion on another vehicle, offered us a deal and made sure that we were certain on our decision, especially since it was not our original choice. Again, I appreciated that there was no pressure and was impressed with the deal they were able to offer us on a new car. This is our first BMW, and we could not be happier with our decision. I got my Mini Countryman new in 2015 and I just loved it and I still do, fast forward to now 2018 I have a 1yr old baby and every time I get him out of the car seat he is drench in sweat even though I am freezing with a full AC blowing, I always wonder why is he sweating when I am freezing... Well, the reason why is because there are no vents in the back seat of the countryman and air can't get to him, and I just thought he was a hot sweaty baby. No wonder he hates it when I try to but him on the car seat, he also hates it when the windows are down just a little while driving. Since discovering this BAD engineering in the countryman I have place a fan so, my baby is always comfortable and I am currently looking into trading it in my country man for a car that has vents in the back seats . :-(

I can't imagine any way the shopping or buying experience could have been easier. Everyone was very friendly. Brian did a great job helping me learn about the Nissan Leaf since I've never had an electric car before. They let us take the car for a test drive by ourselves and even let me take it for an entire day so I could make sure I could make it to and from work on one charge. Once I decided to buy the car, the negotiation AND paperwork process took a grand total of approximately 30 minutes; that is not an exaggeration! And of course, I got a great deal on the price. My fiance has already decided that he'll be looking here when he's ready for his next car.

I am an older person who has gone through the joyless process of buying a used car many times (I gave up buying new cars long ago). I was about to enter that process again with a conventional dealership for a late model, low mileage BMW 328i, when I ran across the Austin eAutos listing of the same car - it was a similar price but had 20K less miles. Actually it was a 2015 off-lease from Southern California with only 10K miles on it (I thought it was a typo). I began thinking about strategies of how to negotiate and play the dealerships off each other (the usual game). I set up a meeting at both places, AeA first. Upon arriving it seemed fairly normal, except there weren't sales people looming everywhere, and all the cars were in a huge steel building next to the offices. The people were smiling and friendly and seemed stress-free. Everyone was wearing jeans and casual shirts. I talked with Gary a while and learned that everyone there, including the owner, had been in the car sales business for decades, hating the typical way it's done; they were taking advantage of the internet era and a personal commitment to having fun to run a radically different dealership. They sell/ship lots of cars all over the world out of there because they focus almost exclusively on the top-tier of used luxury cars. I did a long test drive of an essentially new used car and got ready to start negotiating. I had done a LOT of research on the car I was after and my trade in (a 12 year old Toyota Avalon that I knew wasn't worth much). I told Gary I wanted a total walk-out payment of $22K (car, TT&L, fees) plus the old Avalon. I steeled for what was to come. He and his mechanic looked over the Avalon for a few minutes and came back in and he said, "Ok". I knew I hadn't left any money on the table and he was still making some money, so basically he took a couple $K off the asking price and accepted it as a fair deal. I was stunned for a few seconds and said, "Let's do it". While he was pulling together a couple of papers I cancelled the other appointment. I had to get back to work, so I did the close with Dave (finance guy) the next day (took about 20 minutes, including processing in the credit union loan). While in his office the owner came in - a friendly guy in shorts and a T-shirt. He confirmed that for them (and I confirmed for me) the goal is to have fun sales experiences. They succeed. They did offer me a very well-priced extended warranty, but I said I'd do that closer to when the factory warranty is going to run out (over a year from now). Their was no pressure on that point (or anything else) at all. A week later, I got a call from Logan in the their service department apologizing that he'd been on vacation and had not had a chance to do the 10K mile inspection and oil change, so I am going in today to have that done (no cost). They didn't have to do that. As long as I live, I will never buy a used car any other way and probably any other place, since I've never seen another dealer like Austin eAutos, .

I've wanted a Mini ever since I first saw them several years ago. At that time I had 2 small children, so I opted for a large SUV. Now that I have one in college and the other a senior, it was my turn to get a new car. So, I thought now my Mini but I've never driven one and knew nothing about them. I did some research and finally test drove one and absolutely loved it!!! It is surprisingly roomy for a small car. It is well made and is quite zippy. So much fun to drive. I still have some cargo room but I have a unique car that fits me to a tee!! I love it!!!! There are many options for features. I went with 4 wheel drive all weather package. Not into high tech so I went with blue tooth, xm radio, double sun roof, S model no navigation as I don't use it. I'd definitely go with an S model for mini. Test drove a Mini Countryman without the S and it was a little sluggish in the acceleration. There is a feature in my model that allows me to drive in sport mode for extra quick acceleration when I need it. The steering wheel tilts and telescopes, and the seat is highly adjustable. Able to get the fit just right. The only negative is that there isn't much small compartment storage up at the front seat and arm rest isn't very adjustable between the front seats. The Mini has great high end detailing such as the metal gas pedal and metal cooper design on the running boards.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

This car suits me perfectly. This is my 3rd Mini - I've been a loyal customer for many years. First I owned the convertible. As much fun as it was to have, it wasn't practical. There was very little space for cargo or passengers. Then I had the Countryman and it was perfect. I didn't think I could do better until I got my second Countryman and this time bought the Sport. It's an incredible ride. I have great control behind the wheel. And although I don't have the convertible anymore, I have the sunroof and I love the look of the hardtop.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.
