I had the absolute best experience at MINI of Fort Myers, especially working with my salesperson Sam Reyazi! I live in the Florida Keys, which is about a 3.5-hour drive from Fort Myers. Originally, I had been working with a different MINI dealership that was closer to home. After a week of going back and forth with them, I unfortunately started to feel more like a dollar sign than a person. I already knew I wanted a 2026 MINI Convertible, but something told me to look around a little more. That?s when I came across the inventory at MINI of Fort Myers and found almost the exact car I had been hoping for. I called and connected with Sam, and from the very first conversation he made the entire experience feel easy and comfortable. His warm, friendly attitude immediately stood out. He took the time to send plenty of photos, answer every question I had, and walk me through all the details. Most importantly, we were able to come to a price that felt fair and good for both of us ? something I hadn?t experienced with the other dealership. The entire process felt genuine, professional, and enjoyable from start to finish. I absolutely love my new MINI! It?s my first one, and I already have a feeling it won?t be my last. And if that?s the case, I will gladly make the drive back to MINI of Fort Myers to work with Sam again. Highly recommend!

During the test drive, Sara took her time and actually test drove three different cars. She never rushed me and patiently answered all my questions. If she was unable to provide an answer, she promptly returned to me. Sara kept me well-informed throughout the production and shipment process. On the day of delivery, Sara took her time to explain every aspect of the new car. Aside from the fact that the Mini Cooper is far superior to other small cars in its class, the service provided by the Wesley Chapel dealership is second to none. We're not great fans of car shopping and seriously dislike being pressured by sales folks. What a pleasant surprise for us to meet up with Chris Alba. Chris was exceedingly patient, friendly and professional in every way. He spent far more time listening and learning about our likes & dislikes than would ever be expected. We felt that he was actually trying to help us find the perfect ride as opposed to simply trying to make a sale. After considering our specific wants and needs, he showed us many possible options. However, he was not able to produce the exact car we wanted for the price we were able to pay. When we told him that we would need to continue our search, he was as polite and affable as ever. Chris expressed none of the blatant disappointment that so often follows a no-sale . Instead he spent the next day or so looking for the perfect match for our needs. Voila ... he found the right car at the right price within an exceptionally short period of time. The timeline went like this: we dropped by on a Saturday afternoon and by the following Tuesday we were the proud owners of the perfect vehicle. We love our "new" preowned Mini and look forward to a continuing positive relationship with Chris and the Mini Cooper dealership of Wesley Chapel. Chris Alba really did go the extra mile (& perhaps farther) for us and we are sincerely grateful. I would be remiss if I didn't at least mention Travis Moll, the gentleman who finalized our paperwork. He too was delightful to work with and made the testy job of signing all those documents an enjoyable experience. In conclusion, if a new or preowned Mini is in your future, call Chris; you'll be glad you did!
