I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
Our sales person was very helpful and pretty much answered the questions we had about the 2017 Buick that we did purchased from you. The only thing we didn't like ,is this car does not come with a spare tire and the other problem was the Buick did not have a owner manual , witch eventually was taken care of buy our sales persons boss who did get us a new manual,but not until we threatened to cancel the sale .
Excellent experience from test drives to reviewing best options from buying used car through to finally deciding to lease a new car. Got a great deal, only slight disappointment was promise of racing stripes or tinted windows fell though as exceeded total discounts.
I live in K.C. area, found infiniti at Las Vegas Carmax! Carlo's went above and beyond to try and help me!! Still have not found car yet, but if I find one at Carmax Las Vegas, I will certainly ask for Carlo's!!!
Best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. They still use the age old "up" system in greeting walk in prospects, which is fair to the sales people, but we didn't feel like we were just a number. No price negotiations here as the posted price is what it is and the sales people don't work on commission. We had searched their inventory via internet and indicated the vehicle which we were interested in looking at. It was parked at the front entrance waiting for us when we arrived at our appointment time. We ended up buying it. Will buy our next car here too.
MY FIRST TIME PURCHASING A CAR AND I HAVE TO SAY I WAS VERY HAPPY FROM BEGINNING TO END. I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH JEFF IN HOW HE WENT OVER EVERYTHING WITH ME WHEN PURCHASING MY VEHICLE. HE MADE ME FEEL AT EASE THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS AND GAVE ME A LOT OF LIFE LEARNING LESSONS.
Today (12/20/12), I visited this dealer because I had my eye on a used ram truck. I departed the dealer because I was not satisfied with the service. I walked right to the desk asking for salesman to view the truck. I noticed 2 or 3 salesmen standing on the opposite side the desk hanging out and the first gentleman that walked by was asked by the clerk to assist me. He had this look like he had something far better to do, possibly join the other salesmen productive activity. As we're looking for the truck first thing out of his mouth was "How's your credit?" Now I've purchased a several vehicles and understand this is apart of the process, but it appeared as though he w asked questions to decide how much time he was willing put in. While viewing the truck he gave absolutely no info about the vehicle and was on the phone the entire time. The split second he was off he tells me his next appointment had arrived. I wanted to have my car appraised, but he offered to find someone else to do it. By now there were now 5 salesmen hanging out inside and apparently none of them were "available" so he offered to put me on the waiting list while there were so many employees doing nothing! I respectfully declined and stated that I'll find the truck somewhere else and spend my money where I'm offer "actual" customer service.
