This car turns heads! I get looks constantly due to the sleek look and the sound of the turbo. Not to mention it comes with a snazzy media player that is easy to use. I will definitely be buying Mini brand again!

Bought it new. Hard to tell that it's almost 8yrs old. Third Mini, first automatic. Very nimble and good acceleration. Love the heads up display and love love the power folding mirrors and side driver visor. Seats are very comfortable and have an extension for longer legs available. Haven't been able to figure out how to delete older phones from the bluetooth or unwanted addresses from the nav system tho. Biggest drawback for me is that the nearest dealer is 1.5 hrs away. But they do offer a valet service to pick up the car if scheduled in advance. It's not the most inexpensive to repair but what vehicle is nowadays.

Douglas was helping me with another issue with my car when he noticed the engine didn't sound right. Kanoa quickly determined that one of my cooling fans wasn't working. Douglas checked stock and rescheduled another appointment for me. Problem quickly fixed.

Great car to drive and easy to park and great on gas plenty of legroom . With the seats folded down offers plenty of cargo space.

Brought in our Honda HRV 2020 in for battery checked and inspection turned out battery needs to be replaced. Service is fast and convenience. Staff is very friendly.

It has plenty of legroom in the front and back. It has 1 USB port. The car was special ordered. Fun to drive with almost all of the options.

This was the first service for my current leased Mini at the Kapolei dealership. I have had three consecutive mini leases, love the car and especially love the support of the Daryl Pestana in Sales and Barry and Carlos in the great service department. Although the newest Kapolei dealership is further from me it was well worth the trip! It was great getting a video text of the inspection of my vehicle. The new facility has more room, the service area is an amazing facility and everyone was smiling and happy.

Great upgrade, gets good gas mileage, and I love the sporty feel to it. The interior is perfect and has the comfiest seats. Everyone that comes into my car tells me!

Transports more than other 4 door cars. Drives fantastic. Smooth, yet sporty and nimble ride, with plenty of quick acceleration when needed. Very reliable, with easy maintenance.

Staff was polite and professional. Really knew their stuff. Service advisor, noticed that alignment needed to be worked on. Was given clear explanation on what was going to be done.

I love, love, love my new Cooper S convertible! She is paying for herself in compliments already. Literally everywhere I go, someone stops me and says "your car is so cute!" She is so fun to drive and it isn't even convertible weather yet lol. I ordered black on black and I couldn't be happier with the aesthetics and performance! I hope she and I have mini happy years together!!

After 23 years of driving minivans and SUVs, I was ready for a change. I love my 2016 Mini Cooper S 4 door. with the 6 speed manual transmission. Car is great to drive, gets okay mileage (25+mpg) and is surprisingly practical.

I recently went to test drive a used car at the Kapolei Mini dealership. The salesperson I worked with Garthan could not have been more helpful, however, my purse was taken from my car while I had it parked in the 1st row fourth parking stall in on the left hand side of the parking lot and I did not notice till I had arrived home. I tried to contact the dealership but no one called me back. I parked next to the EV charging stations, I reported the theft to the police. But was disappointed that no one from the dealership called me back after my numerous attempts to reach someone. I went in person, to ask if anyone had turned in a purse or knew anything. No one did, the man at the parts counter looked but did not find anything, they do not have a lost and found but he did ask a manager and the manager suggested contacting the police. I tried to continue and follow up, I called and left a message asking if they had any cameras but never received a return phone call. So while the salesperson and the dealership were great for the car buying experience I would say the lack of assistance I received for my stolen purse was troubling. My credit cards, debit card, charger, personal items everything just gone, if they do have cameras the situation could have been resolved. I think that they could have helped in SOME way but they did not extend that courtesy to me.

This car is easy to drive, beautiful color, good on gas, handles well on cornering. Nice price and great tires too. This is my 3rd mini, so I love them!

It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.
