After reading enough horror stories about BMW reliability online, you start wondering whether you bought a car or accidentally adopted a very expensive German pet. 😄 Thankfully, the buying experience at Sloan BMW Allentown was nothing short of exceptional, largely because of Jordan. Jordan was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and—something I especially appreciated—there was absolutely no pressure or stereotypical salesmanship. We communicated primarily through text, which fit our busy lifestyles perfectly. That may sound like a small thing, but for me it made a huge difference. I’m a car enthusiast and pay attention to everything, probably far more than any salesperson would reasonably enjoy. Having someone willing to communicate closely, answer questions, and pay attention to the details was priceless. From the very beginning, Jordan made the process feel less like a transaction and more like someone genuinely helping us make the right decision for our family. There was never a push to “close the deal,” no games, no unnecessary back-and-forth—just straightforward communication and patience. Jordan even surprised me with a BMW scent kit as a small token of appreciation. A simple gesture, but one that showed that the experience mattered beyond the sale. Our new 330i is officially our first German car, so hopefully BMW proves all those internet reliability doom-and-gloomers wrong. 😉 We’re certainly hoping for many trouble-free miles. And when the time comes for that first 1,000-mile break-in oil change, I hope the exceptional experience continues into the service department. Thank you, Jordan, for making what could have been a stressful purchase genuinely enjoyable. My family truly appreciated the experience, and we’ll absolutely be back. 2014 MINI Roadster review
I have only owned this vehicle for about seven months so far, but it is SO much fun to drive with the top down. The interior is a fun layout with buttons located in easy reach, and it's just a blast. I'm a large man - 6'1" and 275, and I still fit very nicely in it. Great leg room, surprisingly large trunk, and just fun! The only drawback I can see to this car is the visibility with the top up is awful. That said, the car is designed to be driven with the top down, so that makes sense!

2015 MINI Roadster review
I have owned my 2915 John Cooper Works roadster for 5 years now. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my little car. I had a Charger RT and wanted something small. I didn't want to give up on power tho. I found my car online by total accident. What LUCK!!! People ask me about it everywhere i go. I tell them good luck finding one. Lol

I just picked up my new car at CarMax of Hartford and, I have to say, this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I had found a Ford Explorer that I wanted to see on their lot. I put a hold on the vehicle on their website, very early in the morning. By 9am the same morning, I was contacted by Rocco Toce, the most awesome sales person around. I have bought many vehicles through the years and he is the top of the list! We went to look at the truck and he had it clean and ready for us to test drive. We loved the truck but it just didn’t have all the options that we were looking for. I found the exact Explorer we wanted in New York and Rocco jumped right in to help us transfer the vehicle to Hartford. I have to admit, it IS a leap of faith to pay the transfer fee upfront before even seeing the vehicle in person. Rocco jumped in and took over. He spoke to the other CarMax and had them check every part of the vehicle out. I felt very comfortable after he called and told me the truck sounds good. My Explorer made it to Hartford very quickly and Rocco immediately checked it out and let us know it was perfect! I went to see it yesterday. It was beautiful and in the best shape. Rocco took us through the entire car and never rushed us through anything. He sent our Explorer to detailing while my 2009 Silverado was appraised. I received a fair price for my trade and the deal was smooth and handled professionally by the staff. I’m pretty sure I have not had a better car buying experience. Rocco and the team at Hartford CarMax could not have done more to make our experience the best. I did a ton of research about CarMax like I’m sure everyone does. I drove over an hour to work with them and I am so glad I did. We walked out of there with a great, shiny Ford Explorer and the greatest car buying experience!
2019 MINI Convertible review
This is my second Mini convertible, my previous one was a 2007... I also own a 2014 Mini Clubman. I just LOVE this car!! Super fun to drive and "dress up" with little customizations. I have the "S" model in an automatic now and, unfortunately, it's not as good on gas as my '07 manual was, but hey, it's a small price to pay for so much fun!

2019 MINI Convertible review
i figured this nimble convertible would be fun, and it is, but it is also reliable. 72k miles, virtually nothing but regular maintenance to date. I love driving it, as evidenced by my mileage. Radio, A/C and instruments are very good. my overall experience has been great. shortcomings: blind spot with top down. car chugs and lurches if you engage it withot counting to 10 when starting. dealer says no fix available. upright windshield shows a lot of tiny stars.

2009 MINI Cooper S review
I've not driven it yet, but we investigated everything from the variable valve system to the turbo charger and watched a video of a complete teardown of the engine. We were so impressed that even before finishing the purchase of the one we were already looking for another one. This engine is AMAZING!! Can't WAIT to drive it!! And with a 6 Speed manual? COME ON YOU LITTLE BEAUTY!!!
