Bought a new 2011 Countryman S, Rare Surf Blue w/black wheels. Great fun. Fast, Comfortable, Reliable. Moved out of CA in 2015 and sold the Mini because I thought the roads in the new southern state wouldn't be the best ride. Big Mistake! Could kick myself for selling it!

This is my second Mini convertible, my previous one was a 2007... I also own a 2014 Mini Clubman. I just LOVE this car!! Super fun to drive and "dress up" with little customizations. I have the "S" model in an automatic now and, unfortunately, it's not as good on gas as my '07 manual was, but hey, it's a small price to pay for so much fun!

I actually own 2 MINI Coupe models, and absolutely love driving them both. These cars emphasize FUN! The steering and road handling is tight (not at all “squirrelly”) The agility is similar to a “Go Kart” making it a pure joy to drive. Although it is the most mini of the MINI, this coupe delivers ENORMOUS FUN! The model has been discontinued, which makes the car very unique, rare and perhaps collectible.

Tina helped us get an expedition. The service was amazing and I was very skeptical after hearing bad things about carmax. The whole process couldn’t have been better. I would highly recommend this carmax.

I appreciate so much the video the mechanic sends to my phone as he is completing the multi-point checklist that is done every time. Bryan always explains the work that will be done that day and what I can expect at the next service. The countryman is the perfect compromise for those who want a Mini and still want a workable amount of interior space. The gas mileage is insanely good, it's fun to drive, and you will be running laps past everyone at the stoplights because of how zippy it is. Parking is also never an issue, always lots of space, and easy to maneuver. My only two complaints are that maintenance tends to be expensive (when you factor in the gas savings though, I'd say it pays for itself) and the engine is weak. If you load even just a couple hundred pounds of passengers and cargo into it, it can drive for maybe an hour or so before the engine light kicks on and begs for mercy. I've never had this result in an actual issue that caused a breakdown or required us to pull over, and maintenance confirmed that there are no larger issues with my engine in particular. Turns out that it just limits its own engine power whenever it's struggling. But it is a bit annoying, especially on longer trips.

Nice facilities and friendly staff. The only thing that was annoying was the wait once the deal was agreed upon. I informed the salesman that we were paying by check so no financing and was not interested in any extended warranties or after market items. I told him we would go to lunch and come back and he assured me that the process would be complete in 1 hour. We sat there for 2.5 hours because the 'finance person' was backed up. It would have been simple to just let us leave but I realize that car dealerships don't want you to leave once they have you there. Times are changing and I think you need to change your mindset. We purchased both a Lexus and an Audi vehicle for my wife and both were done within 30 mins. The sales person at each dealership did the paperwork right there on their computer. No finance and no pressure to buy way overpriced 3rd party warranties. Most people are aware that you can purchase warranties if you so choose direct from manufacture for 1/3 the price.

A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

Bought my 2015 last fall looks great drives great alot of fun . Faster than it looks . Not a extreme cold weather car . Handles great on snowy roads . I'm a bigger guy plenty of room . Would not want to sit behind me . I'd buy another

They fixed a couple little dents for free, Toronto was very good to deal with, I would recommend going through these guys if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Transports more than other 4 door cars. Drives fantastic. Smooth, yet sporty and nimble ride, with plenty of quick acceleration when needed. Very reliable, with easy maintenance.

The Mini Cooper is the most fun, stylish, and dependable car I have ever owned. It feels safe, it is fun to drive, and gets great gas mileage.

Bought a 2018 Mini Countryman Base model pre owned and have loved everyday with it. Only had one issue and that being something with the Valve Gas Breather. I have yet to fix it yet and it’s been about 3 months. Doesn’t cause any noticeable performance issue (besides the decrease in fuel mileage), just the check engine light on. Other than that, I drive this around the island. Very easy to park and maneuver around. I am planning on getting the newer Mini Countryman about 2 years after they’re released so they can work out all the kinks and stuff.
