My technician was great. The work was done well and sooner than expected. Sadly the dealership neglected to detail my car. Overall though this is a minor issue.

I love, love, love my new Cooper S convertible! She is paying for herself in compliments already. Literally everywhere I go, someone stops me and says "your car is so cute!" She is so fun to drive and it isn't even convertible weather yet lol. I ordered black on black and I couldn't be happier with the aesthetics and performance! Have had a great experience in purchasing a new car for my wife. We worked with Andrew Coughlin. He was excellent. Very knowledgeable with good communication skills and extremely responsive. My wife was initially inclined toward a different vehicle and I had wanted her to look carefully at the X5 as well. She found Andrew and the entire BMW Annapolis team to be very helpful. While the X5 was by far the better choice, the overall experience was extremely important in moving her towards this option.

So far things have been great. My first hybrid, runs well, acts well, and does a great job maintaining the balance between electric and gas. I just wish that in 2021 more safety features were standard. While I got a used car, and so everything was predetermined, it is amazing that each little thing that can be in a car is a separate package. I just wish it wasn't this way for the brand. I'm a big MINI fan, it's my 2nd one (prior being a Roadster). This thing behaves exactly like the smaller counterparts. It's zoomy AND roomy!

The process of purchasing a used car was stress and pressure free. Tom, our sales rep, was incredibly helpful, transparent and patient (we got there near closing time). I was even pleased with the finance guy - he was not pushy with all the extra products they normally push I found an issue with the car after taking it home, brought it up to Tom and they're honoring the repairs without hassle! So far I'm very pleased with my experience and highly recommend checking them out.

After 23 years of driving minivans and SUVs, I was ready for a change. I love my 2016 Mini Cooper S 4 door. with the 6 speed manual transmission. Car is great to drive, gets okay mileage (25+mpg) and is surprisingly practical.

A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.
