We weren?t able to do too much research on the car beforehand but we definitely learned a lot about our new car by the end of it. Ron, who helped with the finance side, also made this experience very easy for us. He understood where we were coming from and exactly what we wanted out of this whole deal. Financing and warranties are always that tricky and not-so-fun part of the car buying experience. Our talk with Ron was totally different from any of my previous experiences. We managed to get a great deal on our new car and am very happy for it! Overall, probably the best car buying experience I?ve ever had. And the 2025 Countryman is just amazing! I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

They fixed a couple little dents for free, Toronto was very good to deal with, I would recommend going through these guys if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Transports more than other 4 door cars. Drives fantastic. Smooth, yet sporty and nimble ride, with plenty of quick acceleration when needed. Very reliable, with easy maintenance.

I bought my Countryman from the dealership and had a great experience. It takes a while in the service center, but they are usually very busy so it is to be expected.

It was good, the slaes person and the geek scuat were very helpful, if we need more service in the future, we will return to them.

Fast forward to today March, 15 2021. About 2 years after I first bought a vehicle from them, I have returned to give them the last star I left out in my first review. I could not wait to buy another car from them due to the performance of the first one I bought from them. I never had any problem ever since I bought the car. I gave that to my wife and returned to buy another one. As usual, they are of their customer service best, few words, no bait and switch, no add-on or upselling. They will let you test drive any vehicle you choose and as many as you want to test. Price is exactly what you see. Sam will tell you everything he knows about the car and let you decide. I walked in at 2pm and in less than 30 mins, I test drove and got a deal. Walking out with 2015 Sonata. Great guys, good business. I will surely recommend you check them first if you want to buy a used car. Great price, good condition. A five-star performance hands down! No question!

After 23 years of driving minivans and SUVs, I was ready for a change. I love my 2016 Mini Cooper S 4 door. with the 6 speed manual transmission. Car is great to drive, gets okay mileage (25+mpg) and is surprisingly practical.
