This car is easy to drive, beautiful color, good on gas, handles well on cornering. Nice price and great tires too. This is my 3rd mini, so I love them!

It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

They made the whole process so smooth and hassle free my salesperson was awesome he did the put any pressure or on me and made it really easy i got to take my car home the second day!! Audi Plano and my service advisor Bryan Cabrera keep my Q5 in excellent shape. I appreciate so much the video the mechanic sends to my phone as he is completing the multi-point checklist that is done every time. Bryan always explains the work that will be done that day and what I can expect at the next service. A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

I bought my Countryman from the dealership and had a great experience. It takes a while in the service center, but they are usually very busy so it is to be expected.

Recently purchased a nee to me ram 3500 pickup from Dennis Hackler from Silver star motors. He worked with the with me the whole step of way(I was purchasing from out of state)during the process. He even had a Uber pick me up front the airport and drop me off at the dealership. My truck was sitting out front fueled up and ready to go. The dealership was clean and had a good selection of vehicles onsite. Did a test drive, signed a couple peaces of paper and I was on my way down the road back to Florida. I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

I thought this car would be too small, but the interior is surprisingly roomy. The feel of it is great. The whistles and bells are wonderful and it fits great in my garage! Only had it a few days, but loving it.
