I bought my car here a few years ago and have been coming back to get it serviced ever since. I have never had a Service Agent more helpful than Natashia Wilson. She really went above and beyond to help me resolve all my issues, and she deserves to be recognized for amazing customer service at this dealership. Natashia will always be my go to for all my future appointments in the service department.

A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

We visited BMW Northwest last week just to wander through the lot, not with the intentions of making a purchase, but simply to check out the inventory. But we actually purchased a beautiful X1 and have no remorse. John came out and greeted us, asked and answered questions, and assisted us as we made our decision. He was very helpful, not one bit high-pressure, and made us a deal we couldn’t refuse. Even Mark, the “oft-dreaded “ financial guy was easy-going, and helped us work out a financial plan we are happy with. And last, but not least, we would like to thank Tatiana, one of their product specialists (Genius). If it’s been a while since you purchased a new vehicle, you’d be amazed at how sophisticated their operating systems now are. Tatiana skillfully and patiently helped us get our X1 configured and customized for us. BMW is a great dealership! Make sure you check out the BMW museum while you’re there. See which one of the classics on display is your favorite. Thank you John, Mark, Tatiana, and the rest of the BMW Northwest team. Buying a new BMW here was a no pressure, casual affair. There was no high pressure. We used the Costco auto program and got the discounted detailed price for every option that we wanted.

Richard Knoll was excellent, professional, polite, no pressure, and explained everything. I brought my X3 in for a recall item. I appreciated Richard's assessment that my tires were good for another year. My car was returned to me washed and beautifully cleaned inside and out. It looked like new. I love my Mini Cooper! 2013 base although base model very similar S same engine Dual sunroof on border diagnostics keyless entry 100 hundred secrets ! I’ve found most.! I haven’t up graded much I don’t buy rims. I don’t like silver. I Don’t like it doesn’t have hot cold gadge oh, you can check it on your diagnostics while driving. It does have child safety locks. Someone says it doesn’t it does as a matter fact you can set the exactly the way you want

Was my first time buying a car and I was well taken care of. These guys are the realest there is and the best place to get a good deal on used cars. Excellent customer service and excellent quality of vehicles with a resident expert. Can't recommend enough.

People either love mini or hate them ! I'm almost afraid to write this review bc it's been an extremely Great Car! I don't wanna jix myself It can be expensive or repairs but it's actually easy to work on never even opened the hood on any car I've ever owned this car I know how to do many things plenty of YouTube videos! I love my mini it's fun! Covid nightmare But I learned how to do 7 things on her I like it it's therapeutic! Now I don't trust anyone working on my car my 1st thing battery should be easy! Omg no the guy said so easy Helen Keller can put battery in I definitely knew something was wrong I called tow truck I'm so glad he could have done serious damage!

Excellent service, Austin was helpful and available. Only negative; I’ve owned at least 30 cars, and it is the first time my car was returned unwashed. I think for the money spent, it should be part of every service.

My MINI has been a life saver while living in LA county. I can find parking for it pretty much everywhere and it is really good on gas. Drives well, the stock audio system is loud and has a good bass to it. I can't complain! Also, I really loved owning one with a checkered hood. I don't see them on the road in that style all that often so it felt like a score to find one like this :)

This car turns heads! I get looks constantly due to the sleek look and the sound of the turbo. Not to mention it comes with a snazzy media player that is easy to use. I will definitely be buying Mini brand again!

Just purchased a 2012 Mini Hardtop for my daughter whose 'old' car was becoming a problem (2004 Mazda 3.) Great price, low miles, all the bells and whistles one could ask for! Candy apple red with white racing stripes - just adorable. A few obvious scratches but nothing that can't be fixed with a paint pen. Hey, it's a 2012 that's had three owners. We could not be happier with the car and the entire purchase process. Love, love, love it!

More roomy inside than it looks from the outside. Perfect car for driving all over the country. Amazingly solid and fuel-efficient. Fun race car too!

Sales people were friendly, especially the man from NY, and the sales guy, I bought a Honda Odyssey from them the next day I took it right into the dealer for an inspection, all the fluids needed to be changed, that's something i think they should have done before putting it on the lot, but other than that the van seems fine so far

Transports more than other 4 door cars. Drives fantastic. Smooth, yet sporty and nimble ride, with plenty of quick acceleration when needed. Very reliable, with easy maintenance.
