Andy took the time to discuss my needs, and worked with me to get the right fit for me. Once purchased he spent time going over all the features of the car, and has also setup a follow visit to review even more. He is making sure everything I need is in order, and follows up with me to ensure my happiness. I can't recommend Huffins Plano, and Andy So in particular enough!

It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

This is our third MINI. We have a 2008 Cooper and a 2013 Countryman. It's become an addiction. Usually, by the time we pay off a vehicle we want to replace it. Not with MINI. We love ours and the 2016 Countryman is no exception. It's larger than the 2013, but it's still familiar. I'm the shortest at 5'9". Hubby is just under 6' and our son is 6'2". We all feel like the MINI's were designed for tall people. We refer to them as TARDISes because they are bigger on the inside. Smooth ride. Comfortable handling. Safe. Extremely reliable. Stylish. Would highly recommend.

After 23 years of driving minivans and SUVs, I was ready for a change. I love my 2016 Mini Cooper S 4 door. with the 6 speed manual transmission. Car is great to drive, gets okay mileage (25+mpg) and is surprisingly practical.

This my second Cooper S Countryman ALL4. My first I had for only two months, a 2013. I was T-boned in an intersection by a BMW X2 Hit with such force that both vehicles were non repairable. I walked away from what could have been a disaster. I absolutely love my 2017 Countryman S it is yards above the 2013 in every category. I am perplexed about the lack of satellite radio and other electronic features but I still love this car. Great build quality and styling for the used price of a 4 year old Hyundai or Kia. I'm glad I purchased again.

Tom was very patient with myself, my wife and my mechanic, as we looked at virtually every SUV he had on his lot. Even letting us test drive two of them before we decided on the 2011 Mercedes-Benz ML350 4matic. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone on the look out for a 'new to them' vehicle. When it was newer the engine had some issues and a couple of recalls. I had the engine replaced because of a piece of metal getting into a cylinder. That when it was 10 years old and had 105,000 miles on it. Since then mostly maintenance. I do some myself. I enjoy driving it more than any car I've had before. The fastest, best handling and most economical, gas wise of any of them. I've gotten as much as 44mpg with it on a trip. Only mods I made to the engine are a K&N air filter cleanable cartridge and a blow off valve for the turbocharger.

I didn't buy the Buick but I did purchase the 2009 Infinity G37. So far so good!! My husband and I love the car. We actually fight over it!! It was a good buy. This is the 2nd car I've bought thru Lone Star Auto and I'm really happy with my decisions... nice and friendly staff. There was lots of inventory to choose from. We test drove the infinity noticed a lil wobble and pointed out a tire splitting... mentioned it to the sales guy, Lundy, he had it fixed in matter of minutes with a new tire and we test drove it again and no wobble!! We did test drive an older Acura and we actually loved it too... we decided on the infinity and couldn't be happier. Thanks to Delores and Lundy we were on the road and out of there in no time. I've not driven it yet, but we investigated everything from the variable valve system to the turbo charger and watched a video of a complete teardown of the engine. We were so impressed that even before finishing the purchase of the one we were already looking for another one. This engine is AMAZING!! Can't WAIT to drive it!! And with a 6 Speed manual? COME ON YOU LITTLE BEAUTY!!!

Angel made the process fast and easy. I drove a few cars but ended up getting my son his dream car, a Mini Cooper S! Angel and team made sure the car was washed and ready before the financing cleared so all I had to do was sign a few papers and drive off. 15 minutes or so.

I got a wonderful car from Imported Motor Cars in Maine. It’s a beautiful car, incredibly fun to drive, and surprisingly fits tall folks well (my husband is 6’5”). The 2016 model is high in reliability according to CR, and I haven’t found it to be different. It has great gas mileage and is pretty good in snow.

Bought a car here. After several years I traded it in and bought another. Values were fair on my trade-ins. Vehicles on the website are really the ones they have on the lot. No pressure, no negotiating, huge selection. Paperwork process like normal. I did have to refinance after I left there because the interest rates were steep and I got better deal from credit union. Overall recommend. Had a car accident, will return to Carmax.
