I actually didn???t want to let go of my 2011 copper man! I loved driving it, loved the service department, and loved my overall experience with Crown Mini! In 2003, I bought a little Gold, 2 door, stick shift MiniCooper, one of the 1st in Richmond from Richmond Crown Mini. Had it for 14 YEARS with NO problems. Drove it in once a year for an inspection & oil change. Lovely staff. Rick Nelson was my first & only service Representative. Just traded it in at 98.6K miles for a new Mini, this time automatic :)) The a/c is WAY better than in 2003, love the Sirius radio, and the car seems heavier & is a bit fancier! Rick Nelson is always understanding and very accommodating & competent. Will be a loyal customer here for the rest of my life!

This car is deceptively roomy and fun to drive. The ride is generally quiet, but motor roar is not damped enough. Acceleration is more than adequate for all driving situations. Seats are comfortable but side bolsters deeper than most cars...sort of a “hand in glove” feeling. Impression is that the car is unique in a fun way versus the same old other competitor vehicles. I liked the test drive enough to order a new Countryman!

What can I say about my Coutryman All4...I. LOVE. IT!!! I have previously only driven large SUVs and wanted to give a MINI a try because they are pretty slick looking cars. I found my Countryman All4 and absolutely fell in love with it. They tell me it is considered the SUV of the MINI line so that helped!! Not only did it come with all the bells and whistles that my previous Sequoia did not, but it was also spacious for a small car. The handling is great, the response when stepping on the gas is amazing and I am super excited that I can fit into any street parking when typically I'd have to locate a garage to park my bus! It has enough room for my family of four and the cargo room is exceptional for my daily tasks. I am absolutely sold on this small line of cars and not sure if I will go back to a large SUV in the future.

In March, 2016 I bought a 2012 BMW Z4 s35i roadster I saw on the web site for this dealership. They were easy to deal with, and we did the paperwork for the sale via email and courier service. The shipping fee was minimal ($300) when compared to $700+ I paid for a BMW Z3 shipment from California last year. The shipping trip from Virginia to my city, Bremerton, WA took 5 days. The car was in excellent condition and is a hoot/pleasure to drive...great car! I want go give kudos to the sales agent I dealt with who goes by "RC" (I don't know what the 'R' stands for, but his email tells me his last name is Cassady). RC was very helpful and responsive, especially when it came to compensation for a damaged cover for the car's navigation display. The cover swivels open and shut to reveal or conceal the display

My Mini Cooper is the first car I’ve purchased entirely on my own and it is worth every penny. Not only is it a beautiful car on the inside and out, it handles the road like no other. These cars may seem small on the outside, but they are very spacious on the inside. I have had multiple people tell me how comfortable it is! I purchased the 4 door hardtop which has plenty of room in the front and back, along with a nice sized trunk. I test drove many other makes of cars because I wanted to make the right decision, and I am so happy with my choice. I do not think I’ll ever buy another car that is not made by Mini. If you are on the market for a new car, stop by Mini of Dutchess County, you won’t regret it!!!!

Car met all my expectations

I bought my BMW Z4 long distance. I never saw the car before it arrived.. I spent 7 weeks looking within 350 miles of my house for the car i wanted and Hyman Bros was the only dealer with an assortment of cars that met my requirements. I went back and forth with RC for over 3 weeks asking questions and getting clarifications. I even put money down on another vehicle and then decided not to purchase the first car (my first deposit was refunded promptly). I eventually purchased my Z4 from RC. Once the paperwork was done via FedEx, the car was delivered the next day. Since I bought the car sight-unseen, I had some minor issues when the car arrived and everything was worked out to my satisfaction. I have to say that RC and Hyman Bros are very reputable dealer who do what they say and supply vehicles that meet their advertisements. I was not thrilled that Hyman Bros do not negotiate price on their vehicles (the quoted price is the price of the car - period), but in the end I found the price of the car to be fair market value. I would definitely look to Hyman Bros if I am in the market for another high-quality vehicle. CALL RC - you will not find a more knowledge salesman who will assure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

Not Mean to have Children in the back seat

I got my Mini Countryman new in 2015 and I just loved it and I still do, fast forward to now 2018 I have a 1yr old baby and every time I get him out of the car seat he is drench in sweat even though I am freezing with a full AC blowing, I always wonder why is he sweating when I am freezing... Well, the reason why is because there are no vents in the back seat of the countryman and air can't get to him, and I just thought he was a hot sweaty baby. No wonder he hates it when I try to but him on the car seat, he also hates it when the windows are down just a little while driving. Since discovering this BAD engineering in the countryman I have place a fan so, my baby is always comfortable and I am currently looking into trading it in my country man for a car that has vents in the back seats . :-(

Before stepping foot into Hyman Bro's my husband and I knew we wanted an "upgrade" from our 2008 Acura MDX--- it was only fitting that they had the same car on the lot in a new version. Phillip met us out front immediately and let us in the car to have a look in less than 2 minutes. No more than 10 minutes later we were test driving the vehicle and decided we loved it! Phillip and Steven both worked hard for us to be sure we would be able to drive the new MDX home that day. We appreciated their willingness to give us more for our trade in than initially quoted since the new car was a "no haggle price". We felt after searching online in the greater Richmond area, as well as up to 300 miles away that we were getting the best deal and it was right here in town! We would highly recommend buying a car from Hyman Bro's and trust that the great Hyman name and level of service extends to all of their dealerships in the Richmond area. When it's time for us to upgrade yet again, we'll be checking out the Hyman lots first!

Didn’t enjoy this car one bit.

Found the car to be very harsh overall. While the newer 3 cylinder turbo was a much needed improvement pep wise, and was the only thing that pleasantly surprised me. Harsh ride, very uncomfortable seats, and while I could make an argument for the interior styling to be cool and unique, I can’t say I walked away impressed by anything about this car. I was very disappointed.

Let me start by saying I fell in love with my car via internet search. The only downfall was Hyman Bros Auto was 600 miles away from me in Southern Indiana. I was a little apprehensive at first to make a purchase like this with that kind of distance involved. After reading the outstanding reviews I decided to call and inquire about the Green Mustang that had melted my heart. Vernon James was the sales associate I spoke with on the phone that provided me much needed information about the dealership as well as the car. This was a man I felt very comfortable with immediately and felt a sense of trust from our conversation that if the car wasn't an A+ it wouldn't be on their lot. Less than a week later me and hubby made the drive to Midlothian and I can say that was one of the best road trips I've ever. I was offered the option of having the car shipped but hubby and I are road trip people so the drive was exhilarating. This was the most exciting purchases I've ever made in my life, and I like that we have a story attached to our new found ownership. The guys at the dealership are truly fantastic. I hope my review helps anyone else who may have seen their dream car on Hyman Bros website from a great distance and decide to take this chance like we did.
