I took my car in because it was due for service and a few other issues. Sara immediately assigned me a loaner so I wouldn’t have to wait. I had a battery problem. I went back to Fort Myers MINI and they confirmed that my battery was failing. I made an appointing to replace the problem battery. I was given an appointment that fit my schedule and I brought in my MINI. As usual, the requested work was performed to perfection. They replaced the battery but I did not have to reset my radio stations or any of the other electronic settings in the car. They car back to me as it had been before the battery replacement. Of course, they checked the car over for any other issues and some minor adjustments were made during the inspection. About an hour later I got my car back and I drove it away. It felt like the day I first bought the car. Not bad for a four year old vehicle which just turned Fifty Thousand miles.
Buying my Mini Clubman at Braman in WP Beach was a completely satisfying experience due mostly to my salesman, Lee Grossman. Lee was extremely helpful during the entire process and made sure that I understood all the "bell and whistles" on my new car. He is a Mini driver himself and is extremely knowledgeable about all of the Minis. He called to be sure that I wasn't having any trouble with my new car and took extra time to re-explain anything I didn't understand. Tom Rice also pitched in to help me when Lee was unavailable. I enjoyed working with him as well. Braman is lucky to have a salesman of Lee's caliber on their staff and I would recommend him and Braman to anyone interested in a Mini Cooper.

I love a new car, but hate the buying experience.....usually! But I bought my first MINI in 2003 and just traded it in for a 2018. Buying a car at MINI is not your USUAL buying experience. There were no games and no gimmicks for starters. Dana Halligan was our salesperson and she was incredible. I never for a moment felt pressured. She was very informative and helped me obtain the best financing. Even after the sale I have called her with operating questions and she couldn't be more accommodating. If you want an awesome, fun car to drive and a buying experience that shows respect head to MINI NORTH SCOTTSDALE and ask for Dana!!!
I first met Dana over the phone when I decided to actually begin the process to lease a new Mini. I had been a very satisfied Mini owner for 13 years and was still in my 2004 Mini at 167,000 miles. Dana was extremely helpful via phone and email and I was almost positive of my choice before I left my home in Tucson to finally lease my car. I have always liked the Mini dealerships for their cleanliness, fun colors and friendly personnel. As soon as I drove up I could see my car and knew that was the one for me. Dana was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the long paperwork process and has been in touch quite frequently offering help and reminding me that I can call on her for any questions I may have. So far I love my new Mini and am slowly plowing through the manual to find out a manner of things.
I don???t have much patience for the sales process because I research before I arrive and know what I like and don???t so usually don???t enjoy the process. Mark Wilson changed that for me. He was excellent in his knowledge, his respect for what I cared about and his willingness to be flexible in how the process was conducted if that was important to me. He went above and beyond every step of the way.

I came to the dealership looking for a fully loaded Countryman S All4 John Bremner assisted me with locating this car in inventory, the car was off site at a close by location. My brother and I drove with John in another car to that garage location, once arrived we say that beautiful Cherry Black Metallic color and saw the interior and fell in love with the car. John B let us drive the car in a close distance near the dealership, after driving I signed the credit app and credit disclosure and told him "Lets do this!" John B had appointment with another customer so I was turned over to meet Akiba Anker the General Sales Manager. Akiba mentioned to me the process and how long it would take from BMW Financial (Mini) to get the approval. Akiba was busy himself too helping his staff so I definitely commend him multi-tasking. After some 10-15 minutes I went into finance with my brother and I to meet Aaron (Mini Finance Manager), Aaron was processing the paperwork, I got Lease Protection and Tire and Wheel so I don't have to worry about any expenses during or at the end of the lease. So highly recommend new and existing buyers to have those amounts rolled over into the loan of the lease. It increased my payment by another $55-$60 however at least I'm covered for Lease Protection ($5000k) max and also Tire and Wheel if I bend my rims or if I get a nail in my tires. You would be a fool if you didn't get these insurance, unless your rich and have extra money lying around like Scrooge McDuck swimming in a money bin. All together the buying experience was awesome at Mini of San Franciso.
Everything was very fast and easy. Sales men were very friendly, and actually were willing to work with you. Good deals were offered. They followed up after making sure everything went well. Highly recommend!
