I found a car on cars.com on Saturday night. Message them on Sunday and lined up a test drive for 11AM Monday. The vehicle was extremely clean inside and out. We negotiated a price very quickly and it was the fastest car buying experience I've been involved with. It was worth the 2.5 hour drive. John, Dwayne, Tom and the rest of the team was awesome.

Great car. I also have a 2018 with 100K plus miles that has had zero problems. Comfortable, good. fuel economy and can haul a lot of stuff.

I felt I was having trouble with my car. It seemed to shudder when I started to accelerate from stop lights . The service department took my car that day. They kept it for two days and put it through every test available but were unable to find the problem . The problem has not occurred since I picked my car up. The service department was always courteous and concerned about my safety in a car that might stall on me when I was out driving . Kudos to them.

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall review
It was probably the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. I knew what I wanted, and had a quote from another dealership that was fantastic. While Lou Bachrodt did not have what I wanted on the lot, Fil the new car manager and Patrick my sales consultant assured me that they could order the truck I was looking for and still match the deal I had worked out at the other dealership. Both of these guys made the buying experience at Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall as smooth as can be without any surprises. Every question or concern I had was answered quickly and with good detail. When my truck arrived, I could not have been happier! I will be coming back here when I am ready for my next truck, and keeping my business local. Give these guys a try, and I am sure you will be as impressed as I was.

Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall review
I had the BEST car shopping experience here. I never felt pressured to know exactly what I want or to buy a new top of the line right then and there. Steve was a gem and listened to what I wanted and kept my budget in mind. He was realistic with expectations and never pressured me into anything. With other dealerships, I felt trapped like I couldn't leave until I bought something from them. Not here. Steve understood that buying a car was a huge commitment and let me have my time to think about what I wanted and what was available in my budget. I was able to leave the dealership to think about my options and wasn't hounded with calls and messages asking me when I was going to buy or what the dealership could do to make me a customer. I had space to think and make a decision that didn't feel forced. Even when I bought my new car, everything was explained in detail and they made sure to give me time to ask questions so I knew EXACTLY what I was getting into. As a first time car buyer, this was a dream of an experience. I had been to 3 other dealerships and Lou Bachrodt is second to none. If you live in the Rockford area, this is the place to shop for a car and make sure to ask for Steve!

Lamia was Amazing!! She was so friendly, personable and I walked out with the car I wanted!!!
2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid review
I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

Ken Nelson Auto Group review
My sister and I had a great experience purchasing her vehicle from Ken Nelson with help from Eric, our salesman. The first car she wanted was sold before we got there and he asked enough questions to understand what she needed and located a different one that was perfect for her. The whole experience was top notch from making the initial appointment to finalizing the paperwork.

My mom got this car and it is so cool. Very comfortable. I like how the seats lean back and you can lay down and relax!

Saul was great from start to finish. His professionalism and communication made this purchase seamless. Thanks Saul! Alex B.
2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

2026 Chrysler Pacifica review
Big delay in the apple Carplay starting up. Plus the adaptive cruise control is not smooth at all. We have a 2019 Toyota Camry and its ACC is much smoother than the one in the 2026 Pacifica. The ride itself is comfortable. We had 5 adults and everyone had plenty of room.

Had my car serviced there (used car) & the staff was very nice, and communicated well. Had a small concern after i picked up my vehicle from service, but spoke with a team member who was very kind and explained what was to be expected after services. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

JH Barkau & Sons Inc review
My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with the professional atmosphere and friendliness of everyone we encountered at JH Barkau! We drove 2.5 hours test drive a Mini and ended up bringing it home and haven't looked back - love it!
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

I came in on 4/27/19 with my parents to browse around. My parents were looking for a new Rouge and I was looking for a used car. Nick and Khalil were absolutely phenomenal! They are definable not your typical car salesmen. They felt more like friends who were excited to help us with getting our new cars and were genuinely great people. They gave us undevided attention for hours while we asked a ton of questions to make sure we were confident with our purchases. They also gave us a great deal for buying two cars. Kim in finance is such a sweet woman to work with as well. All in all best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I will never purchase a car from anywhere besides here in the future, I suggest you do as well!

Sunrise Chevrolet review
I open up this review with a smile on my face. When I arrived and heading to the showroom, I was met by a person with a very warm and energetic greeting, Sales Specialist, Elia Secretary, a Professional Gentleman in so many ways. I can tell from the tone of his voice and his handshake that he was determined to make my experience a worthy one. I never felt like I belonged as I did at SUNRISE CHEVROLET. Although, I did get a formal invitation to come in and view a new and special vehicle by their Internet Sales Manager, Patricia Wales, but, Sales Specialist, Elias Secretary made the trip worthwhile. I never thought it would be so inviting as it was to step into a well tuned and comfortable environment as it was there at 414 E. North Ave. Glendale Heights. IL. 60139. And sitting at the desk as I waited for my finale results, I could hear conversations of the(Manager)Wizard behind the curtain as he orchestrated every step until everything came together. The joy of purchasing a vehicle from this Dealership was like no other. SUNRISE CHEVROLET(of 27 years)is here to find and place you in the perfect vehicle. So, if you're here to purchase a new or used vehicle, you've come to the right Dealership. Nicholas
