He assured me we were on the same page and eventually, I received a buyers order that was accurate. I drove 2.5 hours on Monday and the buying experience was smooth with no surprises. Although I ultimately did not buy a car from this dealership, I was thankful for their assistance during my shopping process. Great communication and friendly people. Although the buying process was a little sketchy. If you DON'T FINANCE through them, there's a $1500 fee. In my instance, when I looked at the car the price was $X, when I went to purchase the car, it was $3000 higher (10 days after the initial inspection)...Look and BUY BEFORE the end of the month...(I looked on the 28th and bought on the 10th of the next month). They DID NOT honor the original price, and I showed them a screenshot of the price change. Financing was easy and the manager was very friendly and honest. He just couldn't adjust the price but offered deals on other packages (maintenance and service). Ultimately, I didn't mind paying the extra 3K because I asked and they agreed to replace all 4 brakes (about $6K) so if the car didn't need that I think the manager would have budged...or I would have waited for the end of the month again and possibly miss out on the car. Again, both managers and the salesperson were very helpful with great communication and I would buy from them again. I would just insist on the price or walk away.

I just purchased the new Tonale Veloce SUV. I traded in my Giulia and thought I would miss it, but I love this new Alfa. The red paint is gorgeous. The interior is so comfortable and has high tech controls. All the assisted driving safety features are configurable to your liking. This is a fun, sporty SUV to drive. It's super spunky on electric or gas.

My Tonale is terrific! It’s a little smaller than my previous Honda CRV but perfect for two people in front and my dog in back. It’s a little tight for four adults so we take my wife’s if we have a foursome. I bought it in July and it’s used three or four tanks of gas total. Driving around town I use the all electric setting. It’s so pretty I get lots of looks!

I was provided a nice courtesy car, my car was returned on time repaired and washed.
