Sales consultant, Franck Cantave, was the “go to” person for my GLE purchase at Mercedes-Benz of Little Silver NJ. I special ordered a new truck. The truck after waiting 4 months came in missing an upgrade package that I paid for. They gave me the option to return the truck, and reorder it or refund the cost of the package that was missing. They stood behind the screwup, and gave me what I thought were choices that were reasonable. I believe they are honest and willing to do the right thing.

With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

The entire process with Seaview was great. We talked over vehicle and trade specifics through text and over the phone first. When I scheduled to meet at the dealership they were courteous and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Tim, JT, and Kevin. What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. Great dealership and people at Ray's CDJR in Fox Lake. They treat you like you should be, with respect through the entire process.

Awesome experience from start to finish. Even though I didn't buy a Porsche I was still treated with top tier service. Everyone was excellent from the receptionist, to my sales person Rachel, to the finance manager Gina. My wife and I just bought new vehicles so we won't be in the market for a while but when that time comes this is where we'll go.

I purchased a used VW from Cliff. It's rare in this day and age to find a dealership where it doesn't feel like you're being hustled non stop. I was also shopping at Nissan of Springfield for a similar model. They pressured me and lied about other interested customers so I'd put down a deposit. The finance person refused to get on the phone with me without me submitting an application, and then ran my credit 8 times. Eatontown was a completely different experience. No pressure, super helpful and they even put the car up on a lift so I could have a good look underneath. Would highly recommend them. Contact Cliff if you want the white glove treatment.
