Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. I just bought a beautiful 2025 BMW M240i at BMW of Carlsbad!!! My sales advisor Michael Torres took care of my needs in no time. Very attentive to my needs and requirement that he even had the car washed and gassed up when we were done with all the transactions. Great experience. Fast and friendly. The dealership is very nice and I appreciated the complimentary water and coffee. My car was serviced very quickly and I appreciated the video of the actual tech explaining the service being done to my car. It was next level.

My experience was phenomenal from pulling into the service bay to exiting after my service was complete. My service advisor was Robert Garcia and he was exceptional from start to finish. He made sure I understood the repairs needed and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the work and my car was ready as promised. He is a real asset to the dealership.
