Design of the steering wheel is really dumb. Bottom center of steering wheel is completely unusable. I prefer an open bottom design like the 2026 Kia Sportage. Other than that one flaw, the Palisade is great, in my humble opinion.

Pleasant and helpful when questions were asked. Salesman and all others were good to work with.

Long distance car shopping can be a hassle but this was easy due to the super people at the dealership. Many emails and instant messaging later, I got my car! A pleasure to do business with. I recommend them to anyone in the area, or outside the area if they have the exact car you want.

I love my crosstrek limited.I only have 2 complaints but it not really the car its my prefrence. I have always had cars that the doors locked automatically when you left it as long as you had the key.The cross trek doesnt have that and it drives me insane.I am forever forgetting to lock it by the door handle or key fob.My second complaint is it has heated everything except the steering wheel.I like that in the winter but other than that its a great car so far.I have only had it a month so Im not sure how it handles in the snow yet.

Bought this new hybrid car a few weeks ago and going on first long distance drive, 2k miles, soon. So far we love this car. The looks and performance have been what we hoped for. Gas mileage is not max yet, but it is still breaking in. There are a lot of electronics to learn how to use and I read and watch YouTube for more info. Looking forward to really driving this long distance.

Rainer answered my on line inquiry within a couple hours. His response was all service based and once he identified what I was looking for, he was all in; he arranged to have the vehicle I was interested in transferred to a different location, he was knowledgeable about the unit and was able to navigate the questions I had. Excellent sales/customer focus and he got the sale.

Ian and Mat are great to work with! I have bought from other Billion lots before and was never blown away. Of course the sales people are nice but Nissan, and of course Ian, goes above and beyond. I was never really impressed with the financing guys, they were cordial but not really personable. I always figured maybe it was the job. Mat is great to work with and really cares about helping people and making sure they have the best offers available to them! These guys are what every dealership should hope to be. Thank you all! We love our new Subaru car… Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid. The process was challenging. Chris Baird worked with us every step of the way. When we felt unsure, he didn’t hesitate to present any option we were interested in. Chris would define the pros for us on each model. Subaru was right on target with trade in value. We were able to do all our business in one place…the Subaru dealers. We have never had a Hybrid car. Chris was so patience informing us of all details. He also spent, as much time as we needed, going over features of our car. We were very comfortable and happy with our new car. Chris is awesome at his job. He is truly an asset to the Subaru dealers. This is my third Hyundai Palisade in 4 years. I just love the car and every model change has been an pressive improvement. I have never had a car where everyone that has gotten into it has said WOW! This is beautiful and very functional. then when they hear wha the cost was and shown more of the features, they are so impressed they are asking for the dealer's name.

I brought our 2018 Hyundai Senada in for a service because it is using oil excessively. This is not covered under warranty so therefore the only way to get the motor fixed is to have the motor actually blow up. This was not good for us considering we have an investment in the car and now it is virtually worth nothing. Billy and Hyundai is doing what they can to document it and in case the motor does blow up, they will have the paperwork necessary to get Hyundai to hopefully replace the engine. Brooke and Wyatt were the unlucky billion employees that had to break the news to us and then deal with us as not so happy customers. They did a great job with communicating and getting us to understand the process and what our options were if any. that’s a hard position to be in as an employee and we appreciate their honesty and help. They are two great employees that billion Hyundai is lucky to have on staff.

I come from a long line of Hondas and Toyotas but my new 2026 Palisade Calligraphy is the best driving vehicle I have purchased to date. My previous vehicle was a 2019 Toyota 4Runner and I can tell a very noticeable improvement in power (which really wasn’t even that important to me). It has the most beautiful, sleek, and innovative interior and drives and rides unbelievably smooth.

I had a warranty replacement issue with my vehicle. I got great support and they were able to get me in and out quickly. Very friendly service and was able to schedule on a saturday.

I bought the Calligraphy Edition. The ride is smooth and the seats are comfortable. The driver's seat has a massager for your back and seat. This feature is designed to keep your body comfortable during longer drives. The 3.5l engine is thirsty for short trips, but reasonable on the highway. My version has door cam feature where any one near the car will be recorded. I like the all down feature for the windows with a touch and hold of the unlock button. Nice when it's hot out, but not a useful feature in a high crime area. I have the 7 passenger arrangement of seats, and the middle and back row can electrically lay flat offering much room for your stuff. The front turning signal are big and segmented. When turning one the vehicle will cause them to flash on top to bottom while the center bar light is in motion providing a Knight Riderish effect. The environment has dual climate controls in the front and separate climate controls for your rear passengers comfort. I have a tow bar with connectivity for electrically controlled brake trailers at 5000lbs max or non braking trailers 1000 max. The infotainment system provides guidance. This is only available when not using android auto and apple play. Notifications though will show. I don't have a roof rack, but one can be bought at Hyundai dealerships. Finally, all the driver assistant features work as expected, i.e., keep lane assist, cruise control assistant, steering assistant, with HDA. The heads up display conveniently keeps you eyes on the road while providing important information. The infrared facial camera reminds you to keep your eyes one the road. And a notification to keep your hands on then wheel when the steering assistant is in use.
